Is my edit to harsh or do you like the color grading? I do think that usually the best photos tend to not need much work, however trying to get the best out of a mediocre shot can be equally rewarding in my opinion. A very common walk for me is one along this beautiful stretch of #macclesfieldcanal between the centre of mac and the bridge at #suttonhall (pictured) lockdown has forced me to look at things I see everyday differently. In this composition I like how the bridge, canal and spiral of the path come in from the edges, leading the viewer through the bridge to the path ahead. Walking through the forest in the dark before sunrise can be creepy but the way back through just after the sun has risen is often a magical time of day.
