Haven't posted in a while.
My life was very stressful the last few weeks. I started university 3 weeks ago and met a lot of people.
Even though it seems like I have new friends I still feel very lonely and depressed.
I hope that one day I will be happy again.
But I also have good news. I stepped on the scale today and saw the number 79.9. That means I've lost 15 kg and I am so fucking happy about it!
I always thought weight-loss isn't for me. I never thought that I would reach my aims that fast.
Next aim is 75 kg. I look forward to it. I already see that my belly is slowly becoming smaller.
I also have a crush now. I was convinced that I will never be able to have romantic feelings towards Somebody after all my ex bf did.
And I am also very happy about this fact
Visiting my family right now. They always want to eat... That's why weight-loss is a little bit difficult at the moment.
But I am trying to move my body around as much as possible and I actually lost 600 g which is already a win. Last time I visited my family I've gained 1,5 kg and I was very upset about it.

I've been inactive for a couple of weeks as I traveled a lot.
Haven't lost any weight but now I am motivated to continue.
I've lost 11 kg since June an I am really proud of it.
I want to loose another 9 kg and I look forward to share my journey with you all.
I never thought that it's possible for me to loose weight. I was dreaming of this for the last couple of years.
I was trying my best but I wasn't loosing weight.
But now? Now I do. I've lost 10.8 kg (23.8 pounds) since June 4th.
I am so fucking proud of myself.
My goal was als was 85.0 kg but as I am still not satisfied with my body I want to be 80.0 kg.
I know I can do this!

hi! i want to lose weight but i always say “eh ill do it kater” etc etc i need harsh brutal and GUT WRENCHING MEAN motivation! do you know any super effective instense workouts for skinny stomach and tibs and get skinnier thighs? thank you and also any foods or drinks that help weight loss!!!
Heyy, so what helps me a lot is of course staying in a calorie deficit and also waiting 5 - 6 h before eating again after a meal.
I walk at least 10000 steps a day and do pilates and core strength workouts.
Try to only drink water and avoid liquid calories such as soda.
Furthermore I am not eating anymore 3h before bedtime
Weight-loss update
I've lost 8.4 kg/18.5 pounds since 10th June.
I am so fucking happy about it. I just looked at my before and after videos and I am so shocked about the fact that I was soooo fucking fat!!!
Of course I am far away from being skinny rn.
But I look forward to finally pass the 85 kg mark on my scale.
And I want to loose another 5 kg in August.
literally WHY does everyone think that every “hangout” has to involve eating???
