Why do we double it you may ask? because we have your body's weight in antimatter silly, so it's double your body weight. If I weigh about 45 kg (100 pounds basically, I know I live in America so whatever) so I would produce about 2*45*89,875,517,900,000,000 Joules of energy or yk, 7,190,041,400,000,000,000 Joules of energy

That's about 114127 nuclear bombs (based off bombs dropped on Hiroshima)

It takes around a hundred to few thousand nuclear bombs (low grade) to start nuclear winter, which would end the world (starvation, temperature drops, disease, radiation)
