The Best Band You’ve Never Heard

As we have continue our journey to fame, slow and steady, I have come to realize how judgmental other artists can be.  I don't really understand it, maybe some are jaded with the struggle, or conceited from fan attention.  Maybe some are just generally bad souls and forget there is room for all of us out here. We have been lucky enough to have such humbled artists that immediately surround us, I think it has somewhat shielded us from........them. Every now and then our heart is tested. We come across a musician or vocalist that has never heard us, and has no confidence in our ability. They assume that if we haven't got 10k followers, we aren't any good and not worth their respect.  Guess again, just wait, just listen.  I'm okay with proving people wrong.  I know Pebble to Pearl can rock the socks off any venue.  That's not being cocky, that's knowing the value of the wonderful musicians in this band.  Their talent, their personalities, their respect for each other makes us a well oiled mach....no not machine.....family. I think many bands have lost touch with this. It's can be hard living the "rock star" life.  Some take any gig they can get to keep the electricity on or gas in their car.  Stop, take a step back and know your value.  Good quality music and talent is worth the dime. Musicians stop judging, none of you know everything, but you do know you.  You know what you are worth.  Honestly, every musician is worth your respect.  You may not like my style, I may not like yours, but someone will.  Just listen to the radio.  Quite an eclectic mess on there! Support each other, take each other to the next level. Dream big and achieve the unattainable. Ears open, just listen. End rant.

So this happened at our last gig in Chantilly. No one got her name, but after she knocked over our water(drenching Nikki's iPhone) she took over the drum set on our break. No one was hurt, nothing was damaged(this time), except maybe her ego. She didn't want to leave and partied with us the whole night!
