My Leatherface redesign thingy +some mask concepts
So for those of you who don't know I got a bit of art block the other day so my friend said something like:
"Imagine if some director or a producer popped into your house and asks you to design a character for an upcoming movie, turns out its a reboot of a classic slasher film from the 70s, 80s or 90s and they want you to redesign the main villain, nothing too different from the original but something unique"
I have already done so with Freddy Krueger, and some of you really liked it so I shall do it again with my 3rd favourite slasher Leatherface
I don't think its that good tbh, I think I had a bit too much fun coming up with mask concepts and sort of ignored everything else, but what do you think? If you want some more detailed descriptions about the mask and what Leatherface uses them for, here you go:
Like the name suggests, it is his regular kill mask, the mask he wears when he chases people around and tries to kill or capture them, this mask is the second mask he ever made
The face of an old lady +a wig made out of her hair, Leatherface usually wears this when helping his brother out in the kitchen or preparing food
This is Leatherface's prettiest mask and he usually wears it when he wants to look nice, though he went a bit overboard with the makeup when he first made it
The mask Leatherface uses to sleep, the eye holes have been stitched shut but he also added eyelashes to it for some reason
This mask is a mix of human and animal skin, Leatherface usually wears it when he cuts people up so they can be prepared to be made into chilli and or other foods
The reason this is called the nostalgia mask is because its the first mask Leatherface ever made, its made out of the face of his mom and he wears it when he feels sad, its his favourite mask
I imagine he probably has some more masks but I wanted to finish this quickly, what do you think?
