I published this compilation zine of my sketchbooks spanning from 2017-2019 (with Shoebox Comix). It contains selected happenings, anecdotes, and thoughts recorded over two years of sketchbooking.

We printed out 30 copies and I sold them besides a hands-on display of all the sketchbooks included in the zine at Indiecomix Fest Goa, 2019 along with other zines and stickers by the rest of Shoebox. Funnily enough, a lot of people asked me if I was selling my sketchbooks too! 😅

Here’s my attempt at Hourly Comic Day!

This was the first time I tried to participate in one of them comic days, and IT WAS EXHAUSTING! My fingers are currently aching as I type. I really had to push myself to draw till the end. This was all probably my fault since I didn’t draw it as the day passed, but went for it all at once, when I finally reached home. I finished my day a bit earlier for the sake of the story.

I had the idea of creating a calendar for 2021. Unfortunately, I had that idea only once the January of 2021 was well under way. I still decided to go ahead with it.

I asked a bunch of my friends and acquaintances if they would like to do this along with me, knowing there was no money in it for anyone. Thankfully, most people I contacted were happy to contribute.​​​​​​​

The 12 Collaborators:

I sent them the guidelines, along with an example of a calendar page illustrating the design of the page I had decided to go with. We also decided to cover the months of March 2021 - February 2022, and named it 'The Lazy Calendar'.

A lot of people decided to download the calendar, and print it out like intended. One even made desktop wallpapers from it!
