It’s been a while since I’ve last done this but here we are again. Finally after having these new designs since January I have their full bodies done!

This took me so long but god was it worth it! Finally have the members of Asteroid clan done :D. His working on making the Tulpar crew cats was something I didn’t expect to be difficult but lord was this a lot. Thought I’d talk about some of the general information as my last post was made a while ago.

General information:

Asteroidclan is a group of cats who makes the journey to cats outside the clan to deliver news about the clans. Though this time when they were just arriving back Curly’Star received a message from Starclan about how the clans have moved territories while they were gone. The others would have been greatly affected by this as Asteroidclan was all they had left.

Nightcloud wouldn’t have been accepted into any clan due to her inability to speak with Starclan.

Thornsong (oc) wouldn’t be able to return as he was exiled from Shadowclan for a crime he swore he never did, and even then no cat believed him.

Swandive knew even if he made it back he would be damned to the elderly home, besides making that long journey then another one back to back would be exhausting.

Shiningdawn didn’t want to leave his twoleg place but also really wanted to go with them.

For Hawkstrike he swore he got it worse. Being a former rouge other cats already looked at him weird like he was bad. Because Curlystar was “destined for bigger and better” and “your extra lives will make sure you even get there but us? We all know you’d abandon us when you could lead an actual clan hun? Not this group of mouse-brained idiots” (possibly a place holder for Jimmy’s crash out scene!).

Curlystar was just confused. He didn’t know what was going on with Starclan. Why would they have made the clans move while they were gone and only 3 moons away (this au the time line is very different!) it didn’t make any sense.

Please, please if you ever have any questions feel free to ask me! I wanna do so much more with this au. Give me silly little things of them to doodle, or maybe even some more serious ones! No matter what it is I’m sure to try and get around to them all!!

I swear this is just becoming my notes app atp with all of the random bs I’m talking about-

But anyways I think it would be funny for members of Asteroidclan (Tulpar crew) gossip for the first couple moons. They do get that period back at the camps to rest and everything so. I also know during some cases they would miss out on a lot and be extremely confused. Although I do know they would likely come back from their previous expedition around the 4th book for TPB then go onto the one with the in game events roughly around maybe like the 1st book of TNP. As the new from Starclan would be that the clans moved to the new lake territories and how long that journey would’ve been. And whatever so I don’t know this was just random yaps.

It’s hard trying to incorporate this into canon as I really wanna have a few things play out differently. I have a feeling imma be working on this for a long while before I settle for something. Eh that’s okay though this has definitely been one of my favorite projects I’ve ever started!

Think in total I drew 36 characters (yeah the big Mouthwashing redraw definitely carried that number) so I’m still proud of myself for this year! Also holy I got so much art of my characters especially my two Mouthwashing aus (Furry and WC designs!), Anya was definitely a favorite with her two designs getting a total of 6 attacks over all, along side my WC design for Daisuke and my Furry design of Jimmy each getting 2 attacks each! Even both of my Swansea designs got a drawing each! Kinda shocked that Curly didn’t get drawn at all lmao but makes sense. Both of his designs are rather complex, especially his anthro design kinda had a field day with his patterns there 😭.

But yeah that’s basically the sum of my art fight this year, all of the art I got will be going on my wall right next to all of my other Mouthwashing art and I will jump for joy every single time I see it!

Ugh I can’t stop thinking about the fifth episode. God Rosemary has always been my favorite and just seeing how her life played out

I’ll be talking about the episode so possible spoilers depending how long the rant is! Please go watch it, or if you don’t care you’ve been warned about spoilers

First off, my hatred towards Felix grows. Omg I fucking hate that coward so much it’s not even funny. He needs to die. You killed your friend’s kids because you got drunk and of course you got into a car crash. Then you buried them just somewhere random in the woods. Now you tell the police they just “ran away”, fuck you man. Not to mention how he fired Rosemary, I do get she was definitely at her lowest points but holy shit he’s such a fucking bitch.

Okay rant about how I hate Felix out of the way, this episode was amazing and so heartbreaking to watch. Seeing Rose going through the stages of grief was hard. She lost two of her kids then her husband not even in a month. And lord seeing her decent was devastating, how she used sheep dolls to show what happened and Felix being the “big bad wolf” and the mother sheep stabbing the shit out of the wolf. Also how the portraits of the family in her art room being scribbled out only leaving Sophie. And the attic where Rose snapped at Sophie, man I felt so bad for both of them. Sophie has every damn right to be upset with how her mom is acting and I can get Rose’s anger but Jesus. Also love how for a few moments she was replaced by the wolf because she saw herself as the woods.

I could talk about this for so much longer but I have one more thing to talk about for now,

Oh my fucking god BON was terrifying this episode. The way he “cared” for Rosemary to the point you can’t tell if it was genuine or not. Him also talking to her before he did anything, letting her hold Rocket, and just everything about those last 20 or so minutes of the episode gave me chills.

Safe to say this is taking over my life atm. I mean what do you expect, most of my favorite characters in media are characters like Rosemary (cough, cough Anya from Mouthwashing (I mean I can’t say I have a fav in that game as I love all of the characters and their writing but I have drawn her much more than the others. Idk though that’s a yap session for another day)) And I have liked Rosemary since the second episode.

Also I did cry during that. Yeah I did, not a full on sob but I did tear up a bit.

But I don’t care it was amazing 10/10

FINALLY DREW IT!!!!

Last yap post I made I mentioned how post-crash Quinn would have a coyote mask over his face to represent how his own views were taken over by Jimmy’s and I got the concept sketch done!!

Also fun fact post-crash Quinn has his hair in a ponytail, kept it out of his face when he helped out with Curly after they found him (he mainly gave Anya things as everything about Curly made him sick). But yeah blacked out coyote mask that I did reference Jimmy’s design. I’d probably shift the colors around a bit once I draw this digitally! Also bit of a peak at his feral design :D. Chat I’m so smart for thinking of this. I wanted to have something to block out his face but I didn’t want to copy how I’d draw Jimmy with the shadow nor did I want to do a pixel.

Mouthwashing is back to my mind

Okay quick little thing I need to write down before it gets lost in me and my friend’s DMs.

A little design choice I’ve made for post crash Quinn (specifically 2 months and after) Quinn would have a coyote mask over half of his face, like those cat masks ya know. Probably both anthro and human as the mask is meant to represent how Jimmy’s own views blinded his own. The eyes on the mask would be blackened out as well to hide his own eyes. There are definitely a few more things I’ll do with this and I swear I’ll have a sketch reference soon :]

Don’t think anyone remembers but I have that big attack with recreating the party scene with others anthro designs, well it’s done! Kinda- I’ve been working on this for 20 hours and I lost my motivation half way through the line art so I just did one color base and called it a day.

20 long ass hours of work. (Over like 4-5 days ish I don’t remember-)

God I need a nap. All of these guys were so fun to draw but lord I can’t lie and say I wasn’t getting annoyed near the end. That’s my bad for tackling suck a big attack while I’m still in the process of changing my style. Though this piece has definitely taught me things I enjoy doing, more messy line art. I like the line weight I get when doing traditional so I started doing that in a few panels (I worked all over the place so some places have it more than others).

But yeah imma go take a nap then get back to anatomy studies, bye chat!!!

My friend @unemployedfinalbosschud Mouthwashing oc River is really peak and bro should post more about her so I can draw her and the others more often. Also River’s a California sea lion like holy peak!!!

From what I know is she’s been working there for a few hauls (not as long as Anya but this isn’t her first trip). She also is a pilot in training. Honestly I just love her, peak oc!!! Except more of her because I love drawing my friends ocs (expect more of her and Quinn as well :] )

Ugh idk what to post man. Like I wanna do stuff with Quinn but like my mind is stumped- I have too many and no ideas at the same time. I don’t know if I’m making any sense but I need ideas for him like I have his story in my mind, it feels right but also underdeveloped. I probably should write stuff for him but I write better if I have actual art ugh. I’m just stuck in cycle

Ummm I do have some sketches though! I’m probably gonna be done with art fight after my next attack cuz I really wanna focus more on my own work so hopefully I’ll have some ideas (that or I’ll ask my friends)!

Jimmy, Anya and Quinn refs! Jimmy and Anya are in their work uniforms while Quinn is in more casual wear or probably just pjs since I already have his human ref in his work uniform so I felt like doing something else!

Oh yeah I made these a few months ago but here are my concepts for my redesigns cuz I like redesigning things and Mouthwashing is the current fixation so (also I kinda hate my other ones. So I changed them :) )

Hopefully I’ll get full bodies done but I really need to work on Quinn more
