A message for all writers:

You're allowed to say no. You're allowed to delete some requests if you get overwhelmed. Writing isn't supposed to be some hellish job where you drown in your own work and lose that spark you had when you first started.

You're allowed to take breaks. Have you eaten today? Drank some water? Do so! Put something in your body you need it.

Just remember you're only human. Don't overwork yourself. I know the feeling, and it's not pretty.
