just saw a new mowalsh fic on ao3 that is legit an exact copy of an older fic that i read a few months ago. they took the older fic, fed it into an ai slop machine, and then posted it. straight up entire scenes being copied and everything from the original one. the authors note owns up to copying the fic just because they "wanted to see where the fic would go." that's insane behavior. it's important to me you all know that's insane behavior. yuck.

i read the new the rush of blood chapter earlier and i just took the time to reread the three chapters right now with the perspective of having had a bit of emerys pov and some of the details just hit harder like omg everyone around that hospital actually does know how emery feels and samira is all “yeah garcia is looking at me funny because walsh must be talking shit about me to her :/” and the little things like walsh sending the links she knows samira will appreciate in the email wasnt a coincidence she actually knows it because shes been paying attention all this time! i’m curious about the engraving on emerys stethoscope and if garcia actually does have a dog or not lol

anyways i digress but i had already left kudos and commented on the fic but i couldnt help and come here talk about it a bit more cause i really love your writing and getting a new chapter made my day today

rereading knowing emery's pov is so juicy of you, i love it. samira is so oblivious and then you cut the camera to emery and she's spending a half-hour making sure she's sending her girl the right links for her extra reading.

garcia does in fact have a dog named after jimi hendrix for no reason other than i feel like she'd be a fan of his music. and the date emery has on her stethoscope is the day she performed her first solo surgery, which is also her late little sister's birthday. you'll find out more about it in later chapters!
