Was listening to someone talk about how their parents more or less forced them to be a doctor, then turned around and wouldn't believe the person when they told the parents to vaccinate.

Imagine that. "Be a doctor, make good money. But also you're just a sheep and lying about life saving medical advice, we would prefer to listen to facebook, thanks."

I’m sorry if this is annoying, but do you think you’ll ever expand the selection of sploot bees available? I have the Aro and Ace bees and just ordered the Nonbinary bee, but I’d love to buy an Agender bee to complete the set if you wanted to make ‘em!

It is, of course, fair if you decide not to since I know the bees were created because of stressful life events - I just kind of wanted to float the question.

Not annoying! I'm happy for the engagement.

I'm not planning on doing any more flags at this time, largely because I only have about four designs that actually sell. The rest are sort of sadly sitting in my drawers waiting for their turn lol! So atm it's just not cost effective to risk adding more variety.

I might be adding some non-flag colours at some point, but not any time soon. I've got a lot going on right now and I just can't uh... devote the time, resources, and energy to that right now. Thanks so much for asking though!

We're over 80% and with 12 days to go and with every eyeball we can get on these posts we should have no problem at all! If you like them, even if you can't pledge, please consider giving a reblog so more people can see them =) Plus if this run does well it will give me a good incentive to make more mimicry designs in the future!

Remember, waiting for the KS to be fully funded before pledging could hurt the campaign. You will not be charged unless and until the campaign is successfully finished! That means if everyone waits to see if other people will pledge, not enough people may pledge and we may not succeed. Something of a self-fulfilling prophecy, yknow?

Mimikyu's Mimicry Enamel Pin Kickstarter! 65% Funded!

In some way or another we can all relate to Mimikyu. Ghosts in costumes, hiding our true selves for a chance at being accepted by the world around us. Whether that costume is put on for your time at work, for family gatherings, and maybe even something as simple as going to the store, it can be both freeing and imprisoning. But though we all wear our metaphorical masks they are all different, all unique to each individual. Mimikyu is said to take on the false image of a Pikachu, but that is only one potential mask it can wear.

And here are five more.

We're doing great at 65% with 18 days left but with the right boost we can really burst the numbers out the seams! Don't forget KS doesn't charge you until the end of the campaign, so it's safe to pledge as long as you'll have the money by then. And if the campaign fails, it's no cost to you!

Do you have any advice on drawing facial expressions?? I’m autistic and I have a really hard time with them.

Howdy again, and sorry for the delay! Not sure how well some of this advice would translate into different styles, this is just what works for me.

Expressions are hard! There's a lot of nuisance and subtle differences between them, and a lot of different expressions share similar features. Ya just have to play around with them.

There are a lot more things that can all help convey emotion, that aren't just limited to the face, like posing and angling, but I focused solely on expressions, here.

Anyway, I hope this helps at least a little :0!
