And that was my queue!
I may have a few replies still not done, but that's because I was running out of steam, and couldn't do them all.
BUT
I will try to get them all next time I post a batch of replies!
Cell would not be left wondering for long about who would approach him first. It was that loud and, as Trunks wants to describe it, obnoxious laughter that drew the boy here. He hovered in the air not to far from the bio-android. The half-Saiyan’s gaze was fixed on Cell, where fear should be present there was only curiosity across his features and perhaps a dab of annoyance as his hands were fixed at his hips.
He lacked caution but thus far all the enemies he had come across had been no match for him and Goten. How would this be any different?
"What are you laughing about? Oh, you’re like those other guys. Just wait you’ll get your turn soon. But you know—" He is quick to point a finger at Cell now. "You could at least try to act a little scarier or something." Goten wasn’t too far but he could take care of this one just on his own, or so he thought…
At the young half-saiyans words, Cell may've felt a little insulted, in a few ways. To be compared like the rest of the dregs that escaped hell. He was by far the strongest, not to mention his mere perfection put him above them. It was amusing, though. Locking eyes with a younger version of someone he's killed.
Twice.
"So disrespectful. Then again, I wouldn't put it past you. Vegeta always seemed to be such awful parent material.
He won't even be here when I bury you and your little friend there."
A short chuckle from him.
"But if you wish to play a game, I'll oblige.
I may even graciously give you a playmate."
Chris knows this feeling, the feeling of being hunted. He stares at the unusual creature, too paralyzed to move an inch. His fingers twitch at his side as his brain screams for him to move.
Oh, how he loved fear like this. To instill a feeling so powerful that it hindered them.
"If you're going to shoot me.
I suggest you just get it over with."
He wasted absolutely no time, practically crashing through his bedroom window, the sudden burst in energy causing his schoolwork to flutter about the room.
It was merely seconds before he was hovering before Cell, fist balled and shivering with rage as his cape billowed behind him.
It’d only get in the way, so he threw the large fabric garment off, letting it fall to the scorched rubble below.
He had no words, all he wanted to do was get this over with.
But he was still afraid, Cells Ki had risen considerably, and he had somehow managed to get back from hell. He felt like there would be no way he could beat him again with those feats.
He wanted to say something, but anything he could think of would be answered with something he already knew.
So he stood there silently, giving a glare that could burn right through anyone.
Ah. Right on schedule. Cell could always depend on the heroics of this bunch, to get what he wanted. All he had to do was evaporate the life of a few hundred vermin to get them to charge in, headfirst.
Cell grinned at the boy, sensing his power. His anger was up again. While the last time that he made the boy angry, it did not work out well for him--
This time, he feels like he has much more of an advantage.
"Pathetic. Have you been slacking, boy? I thought you would've followed in your fathers footsteps and trained. You're letting me down. This may not be fun at all."
He let his aura burn, letting lightning dance against his carapace. With a devious grin on his face.
"Or are you hoping to rely on your father to beat me again?
Too bad he won't even get a chance!
Transform, Gohan!
Show me what you got!"
"This is what I used to be like... not sure I like it..."
While the words rang dull to him, the energy and physical form didn’t.
"It is not my fault you shunned perfection.
You only have yourself to blame.”
The blue Jinzoningen shifted in place. His predecessor’s power was immense, and dark. Evil, would be the right term. “If your idea of being perfect involves killing people… then, I want no part of it.” Petri insisted.
He hoped Cell would take some pity on him. In a straight-out battle, there’s no way he’d win.
A laugh rang from his lips. He knew the other was connected to himself, in some way. His energy felt exactly like how it did when he first reached maturity. If not a little stronger. "That is why you're so weak. Unable to do what must be needed to become perfect."
He stepped closer, his perfect form actually shorter than the other's imperfect state.
"I don't even think fighting you would be any fun, much less killing you.
You're so pathetic."
*She narrowed her eyes at the strange being. She hadn’t thought she was being disrespectful. She was simply going to ask him if he saw anything particularly strange. She didn’t know who he was or what he was capable of! She was just doing her job!*
Grim was going to ask you if you have seen anything particularly strange. She’s looking for someone who isn’t from around here.
In his current form, to say he was egotistical would be a bit of an overstatement. He truly and completely thinks himself perfect. And with the cells of two beings known for their overconfidence, it leads to how he's acting.
"--You talk like I know a Grim.
Oh, I definitely am not from here.
But why does it concern you, or your pathetic friend."
"Says who, exactly?" Dende looked up Cell with little intrest.
"Says me.
You do know who I am, correct?
Or are you that much of a fool."
Zangya immediately disliked him. ‘The creature that had summoned Bojack to earth with his defeat certainly was an arrogant one,’ she thought with a distasteful snort.
"Remind me again how one punch was all it took to render you utterly helpless?"
The Hera stepped passed him, ignoring her ‘fellow’ pirates, who were slowly consumed by the trickling horde of other lowlife scum who’d been sent here to rot.
"Stay out of my way and maybe I won’t give you a reason to scream."
While he didn't have any mind-reading abilities, he could tell that she didn't much care for him. Too bad for her, hating what's better than her. Staring perfection in the face and not even realizing it.
"Remind me again how one punch killed your boss when he was all powered up?
And how your boss killed you easier than that?"
He returned. Grinning. But it would be lying if he said her words didn't affect him, at least a little. His anger boiling within, lightning spurring from his aura all the same because of it. Turning around, to face her.
"Oh.
Is that a challenge?
Because I doubt I would need to use even ten percent of my power to deal with you."
