"Those are mighty fancy! Quite pretty even! Seems kinda a bit dark to be sapphire." She continued to gab on, making loud noises.
“Cease your yapping, animal.”
Cooler felt an agonized throbbing within his temples after listening to her incessant chattering, a scornful glower contorting his facial features as he regarded the sheep with a glare of displeasure. Where the animal had come from, the monarch had no idea – but between her unwelcome blathering and invasion of his personal space, the tyrant was enticingly tempted to make an example of her…

“Keep your distance when addressing me,” Cooler commanded, revulsion coiling within the pit of his stomach as he felt her breath against his body. His tail flickered about in annoyance, smashing the ground beside her as her only warning of compliance. “To answer your question, my species are naturally adaptable in every climate. We have no need for clothing or fur.”
