This morning I was diagnosed with spinal osteopenia so this afternoon I made a unicorn. My neice is a lucky little lady.

Tom and I stayed in an airbnb with an amusingly low ceiling in July. I asked him to take a picture of me like this to send to my dad. I couldn't send it to him in the end because I realised for the first time I looked upsettingly unwell. It is extremely difficult to engage in a treatment programme when the little head cunt that is anorexia screams at you that you don't deserve it but I am trying harder now than ever. I thought writing it down would help and I think it has.
