*gets on a stool and stares*
- ✒️
Kurama stares back.
They have the stare of a startled wild animal.
They tilt their head a little, expression unreadable but by the vibes they seemed... Curious(?)
Kurama tentatively pokes the creature's head with the tip of their claw
The little being huffs, but Kurama's claw gets stained with what looks like purple ink.
It doesn't stick for long, sliding off their claw and going back to the creature's head.
Kurama purses their lips, still staring.
Well, not a drawed beast... Those would have melted from the poke...
Still... They were still unsure about... It?
They dust off their hoodie before sitting down, looking at Kurama.
Out of curiosity, they waved. They were used to big people, however not used to people that were as tall as the... Person(?) (not human, they didn't feel human) in front of them.
Kurama awkwardly gave a little wave back, never once looking away from the tiny... Creatureling before them.
Whatever sort of being it was.
This person was... a deity? Spirit? Yokai? They looked... Powerful even if Hai couldn't place their finger on why.
They carefully got off the stool and dragged it near Kurama to look closer. Hai wasn't exactly sure if they could see them well, the ink being just wanted to be sure. How can you interact with someone whose hands are roughly the same size as you?
They tilted their head, once they understood the creatureling really wouldn't try attacking them they leaned down, closer to them, inspecting them back.
Well, it definitely couldn't be eaten... It was just ink.
It didn't stop Kurama from pretending to try and chomp them down though.
Hai transformed into an ink puddle, peaking from it just enough to glare at Kurama.
Kurama threw their head back at a deep, cruel laugh, looking back down at the little creature with a smirk, pointing at it.
"Now, don't give me that look... I was just messing with ya"
The creature raised an eyebrow but formed again bedrumgingly into their original form, sitting down.
Well, they weren't sure who this was but they were a meanie that's for sure.
They chuckle, convinced now that the little being wasn't a threat, they go back to what they were doing before, sitting on the floor outside:
Drawing.
Kurama didn't allow themselves to draw often, but seeing they had nothing better to do... They lazily sketched the city.
Hai blinks twice, running up to them and sitting down to see. They looked in awe at the drawing.
"You like the drawing, hm? Maybe I'll use you to ink it, eh?"
They joked in a mean tone, but chuckled softly. They didn't actually mean it.
Hai pouted a little, they knew that they didn't mean it by that tone but it wasn't nice!
They rolled their eyes before they took out a sketchbook out of their... Body? They then glanced up at Kurama, squinting for a moment before using their finger to start sketching.
Kurama watched them, and if they stood a bit more still than before, they didn't comment
