Thoughts behind the blog.

So, I've been struggling a lot over the last couple of years with anxiety, general low mood and every day life that comes with it. It's been a bit of a rollercoaster, finding the motivation to overcome the things holding me back. The good days and the bad days. Lately, I've been trying to make the best of a bad situation by challenging myself to get out of my comfort zone and embrace each day as it comes. So I wanted to create a place where myself and others can express their struggles, achievements and goals. A big step in moving forward is knowing you have support and feeling like you have a voice.
