 ⢠Sign up for my first Powerlifitng meet (goal is a meet in March).
 ⢠Drink more water - stay hydrated.
 ⢠Eat out less often and make better decisions when I do eat out.
 ⢠Eat more vegetables.
 ⢠Learn to meal plan in a way that works for me.
 ⢠Train for my first Powerlifting meet.
 ⢠Lose 80 pounds.
 ⢠Continue lifting heavy.
2019 Accomplishments (so far):
Ā ā„ I have been going consistently to the gym since December 11, 2018.
Ā ā„ I have a job offer lined up for January 2020 when I am done with school.
Ā ā„ Successfully completed an internship during tax season.
Ā ā„ I saved money for school during my internship.
Ā ā„ I was the recipient of a $5,000 scholarship.
Ā ā„ I am finishing my grad program. - Last two weeks! Graduation is 12/14.
ā„ I have completed one section of the CPA exam (out of 4).
ā„ I financed the rest of my education.
ā„ I train 4 times a week in the gym.
ā„ I have been lifting heavy.
ā„ I have lost 17 pounds.
Show up, even if you feel tired.
