Vegetarian Quesadilla
Ingredients:
1/2 a red pepper
1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup spinach
tea spoon of olive oil
2 tortillas
shredded cheddar and jack cheese
Servings: 2 quesadillas
Utensils:
any string utensil
skillet
Prep:
1. Cut the pepper in half and cut one of the halves into tiny pieces and save the other one for next time.
2. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in the skillet until it’s hot.
2. Mix in the red pepper and mushrooms for 5 minutes.
3. Add the mushroom into the mix and continue to sauté for minutes.
4. Remove the mix and place one tortilla on the skillet.
5. Poor 1/2 the ingredients onto the quesadilla and pile your cheese on top
6. Wait until your cheese is melty and then flip the one side of your quesadilla over the other over with your utensils and then use your utensil to press on your quesadilla so no ingredients fall out.
7. Repeats steps 5 and 6 on the second tortilla
