Flowers are not Darkners, because they exist in the Light World. They are also not Lightners because they are not Monster people.

They are plants, made of sugar and water, not flesh or bone.

They are made of light.

They can go into the Dark World because light can penetrate through great depths of darkness.

When Flowery flies, he makes a multicoloured trail of light.

You know what else is neat? A Cathode Ray TV directs a beam of light against the screen and is dispersed to create images. Visions of light.

Tenna must be REALLY powerful. If he's a true Darkner, he must be close to the power of a flower because his head is literally housing a beam of light, direct from the Light World. He is a conduit that connects the worlds.

Huh. Part of the Board involves you building that rainbow bridge to connect the islands.

Okay. so this whole ‘Stan has a twin theory’ just exploded out of seemingly nowhere but it really didn’t take me long to absolutely fall in love with it. I especially love the idea of parallels between these two and the other Pines twins, where little Stanford would be a lot like Mabel while his brother would have more of Dipper’s personality, so this came to mind and I had to doodle it up. <3
