Oh, um, Jesus, Moony. Do you mean, like how to do it?
Well considering you’re not a Hufflepuff I don’t think so.
Well, yeah, but I mean, er, if I was one, it would be good for that.
If I uhh potentially wanted to.. you know… what would I do?
Wait, do you mean, erm, sex?
That is the most ridiculous hat I’ve ever seen.
Well, it's kinda fun, though, don't you think? Good for showing some team spirit during a Quidditch game.
Peter Pettigrew • Jamie Bell • OPEN
“A baby is born crying out for attention. The memories fade, like looking through a fogged mirror. Decisions are made and not bought, but I thought this wouldn’t hurt a lot… I guess not.”
↳ Background
Growing up without a father was tough on Peter. Though he loved his mother, he never really connected with her, and blamed her for his father leaving the two of them. Never really feeling like he fit in with the magical world, Peter used to dream that his father took him to the Muggle world with him, though he found out upon arrival at Hogwarts that wouldn’t have changed anything. It would have only made things harder. However, he’s convinced it would have been worth it to be with his father. Once Peter met James and Sirius, he immediately idolized them, thinking of them almost as the father figures he never had. He needed someone to look up to, after all.
Peter is often reprimanded by his teachers, sometimes even more harshly than the other students. Being in Gryffindor and being friends with the Marauders on top of it, a lot is expected of him and he can’t always live up to those expectations. His nose barely poking out from under his mounds of schoolwork, Peter tries to do well, but will never be as talented as James or Sirius, or as dedicated as Remus.
As time passed, Peter discovered that his desire to fit in was not limited just to members of his house or the Marauders. When he began feeling out of place amongst people who welcomed him with open arms, he receded into himself once again, every thought wallowing deeper and deeper into a pit of self pity he dug for himself. Consistently becoming more and more suspicious of his friends, thinking they secretly hated him and that they’d rather be rid of him, he turned to the next people who would accept him - the Death Eaters. Though he isn’t one yet, he’s a few kind words away from eating out of the palms of their hands.

To my dearest Magical Creatures partner,
I really dislike being pushed off a flying Hyppogriff.
You okay, Sirius? No broken bones or anything?
Heh.
I guess a Hufflepuff must of lost their hat.
WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL BETTER WHEN YOU ARE IN A BAD MOOD?
I dunno… I suppose, my friends?
