and OF COURSE tanaka got in on the act and then kinoshita did too and narita and soon it was a THING, suddenly everyone did it. some with more enthusiasm (HINATA IN WHOHOO), some with?? less?? maybe. (KAGEYAMA... SETS!) (LOL BAKAYAMA YOU’RE NOT SUPPOSED TO CALL OUT A SET--ARGH!!) (SHUT UP DUMBASS! I KNOW THAT!)
tsukki wouldn’t do it at first ofc because “this is stupid, are we in kindergarden? is this a volleyball club?” but then yamaguchi (bless him) and one pointed Look from daichi (this is about team bonding, tsukishima, and YOU WILL BOND WITH US) got him ‘convinced’
though daichi would still roll his eyes every now and then, but he'd also catch suga's smile from the sidelines as he calls with a resigned chuckle DAICHI SERVE and yeah. whatever. it's not so bad.
and they’d get weird looks from their opponents i mean WHY ARE YOU GUYS?? CALLING OUT YOUR SERVES?? AND SWITCHING??? WHYYY
