Intimations of Femininity
Little Things That Matter To Me
I pay close attention to my feet. I remember my mother had bunions and corns and it seemed very unpleasant. I suppose it had a lot to do with wearing the wrong style of shoes. In any case when I began going through my second puberty as a gurl I began to focus on my skin, my nails, my hair, as my appearance overall became a focus of my time and effort. I’m lucky that I didn’t inherit any foot problems from my mother and even my big sister complimented me once on how pretty my feet were.
I like to wear pretty shoes and to me you should first have pretty feet, so I spend a lot of time removing callus from my heels and the outside of the big toe on each foot. They never get too bothersome but you have to stay on top of it if you want to have pretty feet. I love having smooth and soft feet.
I noticed today while driving a really nice feeling in my feet. I was wearing my 3” closed toe mules and noticed a very nice feeling from the contact of the soft heel of my foot with the soft leather of my shoe, it just felt so soft and feminine to me. It’s a small reward but it’s important to me because of the time I spend paying attention to these things. I really love my feet.
It’s the same with spending the time to file my nails and smooth and buff them before I put on clear nail polish. I like doing it, even though it takes time and effort, because they look so beautiful when I’m done. I really love my nails.
The most lovely Italian transwomen. I just love these girls. Oh, to live in Italy. I'm a second generation Italian American.
Give me a like and reblogg please:)
Oh, so sexy, love the g-string. I'd love to have my hand down there.
HRT
Finally I will be starting hrt within the next month. I am so excited to begin this part of my feminization. I am looking forward to softer skin and reduced facial hair growth along with fat redistribution to give me wider hips. If I grow some tiny breasts, that would just be a bonus. I also hope to see my testicles shrink so they aren't as bothersome in my panties.

I make earrings, bracelets, and necklaces here at home. Here are a few pictures of my creations.

Why I Actually Need to Wear High Heels
Heels aren't just for being sexy and making you look beautiful? Being a sissy faggot has unexpected benefits!
I have fused spinal discs from L4 to S1 and I have found that wearing high heels provides me the best relief from low back pain. This is a real benefit of being a sissy which doesn’t involve sexual activity, unless you consider a sissy wearing heels to be sexual activity. What do you think?
Wearing high heels provides relief for your L4-S1 fusion and piriformis syndrome because they alter your posture in a way that reduces pressure on the specific nerves involved. While typically considered bad for the back, in cases of chronic, fused, or injured spines, the postural shift caused by heels can sometimes decompress compressed sciatic nerves or compensate for the stiffness from surgery.
Here is why high heels are likely providing relief for your specific situation:
Increased Lumbar Lordosis (Lower Back Arch)
Wearing high heels increases the natural forward curve of your lower back (lumbar lordosis).
The Benefit: For many with lumbar fusions, the "flat-back" syndrome (loss of natural curve) occurs, which can cause chronic strain. Increased lordosis can shift the weight distribution away from sensitive tissues.
How it helps the Piriformis: The change in lumbar angle can alter the position of the pelvis, potentially slackening the piriformis muscle, which may be in spasm.
Forward Pelvic Tilt
High heels force your pelvis forward.
The Benefit: This forward tilt can change the orientation of the sciatic notch. If your piriformis muscle is compressing the sciatic nerve, changing the hip angle can create more room, relieving the pressure.
Compensating for Fusion Rigidity
After a multi-level L4-S1 fusion, you have significant rigidity in your low back.
The Benefit: The shift in weight towards the forefoot requires your body to lean back or adjust to maintain balance. This change in the "kinetic chain" (how your joints work together) can allow your body to move in a way that feels more stable, reducing the constant, punishing pressure on the top and bottom of your fusion site.
Shortened Calf Muscles
Heels keep your calf muscles in a shortened state.
The Benefit: If your piriformis syndrome is linked to overstretched or long-term overactive muscles (often seen in postural compensation), the shortened calf muscles can indirectly reduce the need for the piriformis muscle to work as hard in a "long" position.
My hair is growing out nicely, getting longer down in the back. Even though I have a balding area, I don't really mind. I just love having long hair and I'll keep letting it grow and grow. It's only pretty when it's long, otherwise it's just too hard to manage. Cutting it short as a man was just convenient. It wasn't until I let it grow out long enough that I began to appreciate what I've been missing by being born male. As it gets longer, the curliness starts to be weighed down by the volume of longer hair and I think it looks really pretty. I just use a conditioner every day and style it. You can see below my ears where it is kind of wispy. It's longer than that, it just didn't show in the picture. What do you think?
