OMG YES!!! She literally went to the other pole to avoid marrying him. And I'm sure that Pakku eventually stopped loving her, but it was still a sore spot for him because it really hurt his pride and ego. Plus, loving a person for so many years without seeing them all this time and never being with them in the moment is impossible

Also, the fact that he changed his mind about women so quickly and changed his misogynistic and sexist views. He is +-80, he has lived with these views his whole life, and if they changed, it would take a long time. Plus, it would take more than just a reminder of the woman he loved to make him reconsider his views on life. I really don't like that instead of rubbing his nose in (some kind of strong woman) they stuffed him with a "sad" backstory where he was dumped by his lover(and that was what he deserved)

He doesn't deserve Kanna. And any woman in general
