We're finding the holiday cheer for all! "This time of year can be really hard for me. I'm generally a Scrooge. This show, working with so many beautiful people, had helped bring me such joy and excitement for me. I'm actually having a great season!" -Micayla Smith, ensemble member for #TinyTim (at King Center (Auraria Campus))
Great talk back with our Sunday crowd! Keep the questions coming. Keep the theatre happening. Keep the disability awareness growing. #TinyTim (at King Center (Auraria Campus))
The elves have taken over! #SundayFunday with Santa and his crew. They'll be back next week and the next week (Sunday performances). #TinyTim (at King Center (Auraria Campus))
Congratulations to the whole cast and crew of Tiny Tim's Christmas Carol on a fantastic opening night! Holiday cheer is alive and well here. Come celebrate with us through Dec 18! #TinyTim (at King Center (Auraria Campus))
"Christmas has always been mine and especially my mother's favorite holiday. Every year my mother would have a Christmas sing-a-long. She would invite people in the supermarket or the gas station! You had to sing for your supper! She would prepare all kinds of food and hourdourves on the big main table. Desserts on a shelf piled high. However, no one was allowed to eat unless, she heard several Christmas songs being sung. The finale being The 12 days of Christmas. She stayed in the kitchen cooking and listening and I know, Smiling. She then would come out and have everyone hold hands, say why we were thankful, and make us cry in a good way. This show is about being thankful, grateful, and charitable. It is Christmas and everything my mother and I loved about the spirit of it." -Laurice Quinn, ensemble in Tiny Tim's Christmas Carol It is opening week! Join Laurice and the rest of the cast for this celebration of family, friends and the goodness of life. (at King Center (Auraria Campus))
Ghosts of Phamaly past and present! Should we be worried?! #TinyTim (at King Center (Auraria Campus))
"Tiny Tim is a play that flips the tradition Christmas Carol on its head, and empowers the supporting characters in their own stories...Tiny Tim allows those who may not feel as though they have the power to have an impact to see that, even someone as different from Scrooge as Tiny Tim, is able to have a meaningful influence on his life." - Simon Spillane, Assistant Stage Manager for #TinyTim and student at CCD Performing Arts Dept (at Eugena Rawls Courtyard Theatre)
"One of my most cherished family traditions is on Christmas Eve when my family gathers at my grandparents house and watch me and my brother perform a Christmas themed skit at the end of the night. (Fun fact: one of our 1st skits was a summarized version of A Christmas Carol.)" -Jacob Elledge, Ensemble member in #TinyTim Opening next week! Join us for some #Phamalyfun. (at Eugena Rawls Courtyard Theatre)
