Im often asked what kind of tasks i busy myself with as a magic user and so i’ve come to the conclusion that it could be fun to document some general information in an informative format for those who want more magical ideas or simply to accomplish more as a magic user! I have been training magic users for as long as i’ve been one, and i’ve been a magic user all my life. Stay a while for the journey if you’re a newer magi or you just want some fun things to get on with!

1. Scouts! : Scouting is one of my favourite activities and by far the easiest of the bunch! You can do many things on a scout depending on your set objective. Certain tasks can be maintaining the border around your perimeter, clearing out entities to keep your base safe & gathering data of your surroundings!
I like to take walks around my area and multitask my objectives when i can! Whenever i go, i like to document everything where possible and that’s where certain applications and objects come in! I recommend that everyone keeps a log journal for scouts via digital or physical means. I prefer to keep physical logs though that is just my preference. In the past i’ve kept digital logs and audio logs as well. This is a good way to keep a fancy grimoire in the physical should you wish to be a little bit extra. Which i am. Here are some examples of my log books!

2. Witchcraft! : Modern witchcraft is something that has always been a part of my life since The Priestess is a witch and thus raised me as such! This is a way to really connect with the natural elements and form a closer relationship with your unique magic.
‘What if i can’t purchase witchcraft supplies?’ Witchcraft can be practised with a pen and paper if you do not have the means to purchase other ingredients since i know it can be pretty expensive. Intention and manifestation is the most important thing! You can draw sigils and runes and place them around your home for protection. Did you know that blowing out candles on your birthday is actually an act of witchcraft? Now you do!
Personally, i like to do a lot of protection work. It is some of the easiest magic to practise and it is what i always encourage newer magic users to do first! Never jump in with complex spells first, they can backfire! Cleansing your space is extremely important to keep yourself safe and keep negative influences out. There are many ways to cleanse your space. Smoke and sound are the most common! I personally like to burn incense, but if you don’t have the means to do that - you can use bells or something as simple as clapping can be a sound cleanse! If you’d like a more in depth blog explaining witchcraft, let me know! As before, i will show some examples of the spells i have done!

3. Training! : Training can be a multitude of things but i will be focussing on weapons training here! I’ve found it to be one of the most entertaining means of training! I have a vast arsenal of weaponry and naturally i’ve been training on how to use them all perfectly!
It depends on which kind of weapon you have, but i primarily use staffs and swords in the physical compared to my spellbinder (scythe) i use astrally! There are various methods you can use to train but the easiest/my favourite is using practise entities! Mortals cannot see these figures, however with my cursed eye i am able to view what they cannot. I like to manifest an opponent to trade hits with and i do this on a regular basis when my vessel cannot go out. I will attach a couple photographs of my current weapons!
Another honourable mention here is to note that you must train your vessel first and foremost. A strong weapon can only take you so far when your vessel is lacking in strength. I believe wholeheartedly that your sword can only carry you so far, and as such i engage in workouts of human design in order to keep up. Stamina training on runs and core training with cardio!
