i was talking to someone about baths recently

i just took an hour long hot bath and dropped 5 lbs and 0.5% on my body fat measure

did i actually lose that weight? that fat? no, it's just another way to lie to myself with the numbers so i don't feel so fat

but, hey, numbers go down, and an hour in a hot bath burns about 100 calories, so i'll take it as a win
