A little something to remember:

Let people apologize, and own up to their mistakes, and just let them say "I fucked up."

By saying they've done nothing wrong is invalidating their meaningful apology, and also saying that they can never be wrong, which literally is impossible.

Letting people apologize is the best way to forgive them :)
