@transfaer
For those that haven't come out yet, those that are newly out, for people that have never been in the closet, those that have been in community for decades, for the elders and newest members. I hope each and every person is able to celebrate pride month in their own ways.
Today I want to give love to dysphoric salmacians.
The ones who felt/feel like something is missing from them because they don't have both parts.
The ones who spent hours Googling intersex variations as a teen because you wondered if that was why everything felt so wrong.
The ones who can't speak about their desired configuration for fear of being called a freak at best, or a fetishizer at worst.
The ones who get accused of having a "(redacted) fetish gone too far."
The ones who can only feel seen in fanfiction because no one is ready to have conversations about your identity yet.
The ones who get told you are responsible for the increase and trans/queerphobia because you're too "weird".
The ones who get told you don't know what you're talking about, that no one actually wants that body.
The ones who get told you have no right to want this body because those who do are often abused as children, by their parents and doctors alike.
The ones who feel sick sometimes looking at your single genitalia.
The ones who are too ashamed to tell anyone just how miserable your body makes you.
The ones who scrambled for some way, any way, to describe your experience and feelings, only to be met with a deluge of hate in the tags we use.
You matter. Your story matters. Your identity isn't taking anything away from anyone. Only you know what your body is supposed to be, and no one else can say otherwise.
I'm sorry you've been hurting too. It will get better. The way that happens is by continuing to talk about it, who we are and what we've lived, even when people within our own community try to silence us.
Don't be silent. Your story deserves to live outside of you too. Because one day your story might find someone else and give them the courage to join us, too.
Keep strong. Do whatever it takes to reduce the dysphoria. Whether that's HRT microdosing, surgery, no medical interventions at all, or something else entirely. You deserve a body you'll feel happy in, too.
You are just as much a part of the trans community as anyone else. You belong. You matter. WE matter.
I just wanna make it known that you can have mixed genitalia if you want. You don't have to have one or another. When I was younger I was very adamant about not wanting or needing bottom surgery. This was because I was only aware of one kind of bottom surgery. I wasn't aware that I could have both a penis and a vagina. And now I want bottom surgery for this reason. Getting top surgery also made my want for bottom surgery increase. I simply want to share that this is possible and want to share this information in case there is anyone else who was like me and didn't know that this was an option.
it is so important that you are a little bit ugly. please get comfortable with having unplucked eyebrows and nonexistent jawlines and wrinkles. let your blue hair grow out into an uneven pale green and your clothes be old and mend them and modify them until they’re unique to you. wear lipstick which doesnt compliment your skintone and mismatched outfits which went out of fashion 5 years ago. be a little bit too loud and a little bit too passionate and as weird as you can be because oh my god there is nothing more disturbing to me than perfection. beauty is manufactured and sold to us and you need to realise that you are a fucking animal to live a joyful life I am so serious. you cant obsess over aesthetics forever please just live messily and make your body your home however you please.
if you dont do it for you, do it for all the teenagers who will see u in the street and know that they are not obligated to be attractive
In regards of the Trump government scraping all trans inclusion in its queer information portion of its websites I have made this thing. Spread the word. Don't let them pretend we never existed.
P.S: Don't like! Reblog! <3

Tradwives need to realize the seriousness of the shit they are getting themselves into.
The society isn't all that kind to women.
Faerflux
Faerflux: Someone whose gender identity is both genderfaer and genderflux. Since there is no widespread flag for faerflux yet, I figured I'd give it a shot. What do y'all say?
Genderfaer: Genderfaer (based off of genderfae) is a form of genderfluidity that never encompasses being completely and entirely male. This can include female, feminine, any nonbinary/unaligned/xenogenders/ect., and even masculine genders, but a genderfaer individual never feels fully male. (source)
Genderflux: Genderflux is an umbrella term for gender identities in which the gender or one’s perception of the gender’s intensity varies over time. It can be seen as a form of genderfluid on a spectrum from agender to one or more other gender identities. Genderflux people may also identify as nonbinary, genderqueer and/or transgender. (source)
After a long search I personally identify as faerflux and thought some other might feel the same way 🥰
The queer community really normalized the words for fluidity and multigenderism but not the experiences at all.
I'm not the first to make this type of post, but I'm gonna go beyond just what the original said (and I'll edit this to include a link when I find the original again on my dash because it usually shows up once a week): we've normalize words like boygirl but most people haven't normalized actually being a boy and a girl, or a man and a woman, at the same time, and for fluidity they don't normalize actually being a boy or man and being a girl or woman at different times. Instead "boygirl" is just used like a label for androgyny or worse neutrality (nothing wrong with being neutral but being a boy and a girl is NOT that). We normalize the words bigender and genderfluid but never recognize them as actually having multiple genders. Bigender people are treated like half and half, and together androgynous or neutral instead of both of their genders at once, and genderfluid people are just seen like nonbinary people who use different pronouns and different times. We normalize the words but we don't normalize being sapphic and achillean, veldian and lesbian, a lesbian man or a veldian woman, straight and lesbian or straight and veldian. The things that are experienced by multigender people. We normalize the words but we don't allow bigender people to identify with anything other than "bigender" and we don't allow genderfluid people to identify with anything other than "genderfluid." If they want to label their orientations their options are mspec, trixic, toric, and enbian, and anything else is wrong. They're never allowed to say they're straight, and if they are allowed to be veldian/achillean or lesbian/sapphic (and they only get to pick one), they must degender themselves and pretend they don't experience womanhood or manhood.
Similarly, we normalize the word abrosexual but many don't allow abrosexuals to identify as anything but abro. They're not allowed to identify as any of the orientations they experience, even with some regularity. They might be allowed an mspec term - but they're never allowed to say they're veldians, or lesbians, and god forbid they identify as both. Even when they're experiencing being one of those things, it's not "allowed" for them to use the terms because the community deemed fluidity as not *really* the things they experienced because it's not permanent.
If we are gonna normalize the labels of multigender, genderfluid, and abrosexual can we actually get it in our heads that some people are multiple full genders at once, and if they're a man, a woman, and nonbinary, they are AS MUCH of a man as any monogender man, AS MUCH of a woman as any monogender woman, and JUST AS NONBINARY as any monogender enby? Can we get it though our heads that some people experience multiple full genders at different times, and they are AS MUCH of a man as any statically gendered man when they experience manhood, AS MUCH of a woman as any statically gendered woman when they experience womanhood, and JUST AS NONBINARY as any statically gendered enby when they experience enbanhood? Can we get it through our heads that some people experience multiple orientations at different times, and they are AS MUCH of a lesbian when they experience lesbianism, AS MUCH of a veldian when they experience veldianism, JUST AS STRAIGHT as any other straight person when they feel themselves straight, and JUST AS MSPEC when they experience attraction to multiple genders?
(there's also people who experience multiple orientations at once, statically, but we haven't even been normalized yet so. Yeah.)
anyone else simultaneously both gay and straight in all directions?

Every so often I come back to look here and am still honored and surprised that people enjoy the writings I started with #polyamfeels all those years ago.
I wanted to be honest with all of you, I stopped writing for a lot of reasons and have really changed a lot as a person since then in- at least I think, all the ways a person should positively grow as a person with age. While I do still identify myself as queer and polyam and am still with the same NP, I also have had a lot of more encompassing feelings that I'm still working out within myself.
Hopefully when I'm ready, and when I've figured more of myself out, someone will be interested still in the complexities of what a human experience can be, though in particular mine I guess since it is my writings... Anyway! I also wanted to wish everyone a very happy holidays and new year. If you're struggling this holiday season, remember, even if you don't feel it-you aren't alone and you are loved.
