Laying on my bed and looking through my thousands of photo memories just makes me so 😭. I've been graced with multiple opportunities to travel and for months at a time. It can get very tiring during some point of it and the yearning for stability can get pretty real. But after coming home and getting the time to look back at my photos, I've been so lucky to have been able to see so many things, eat, experience, and meet wonderful people... I've learned a lot about myself during my 5 months in Asia. Especially the last couple of months I spent being alone. I used to hate myself for being alive and not understanding my purpose being here, but I've slowly begin to understand it as I spent countless hours walking a thousand miles. People say it's not the destination but the journey. It was until I had the journey, I truly realized the feeling, not "meaning" but the feeling of the journey taking to you your destination. The pain on your foot, the aches on your body, the things you see along the way, and the series of unfortunate events that take place is what makes it all so grand. Life is wonderful and full of mysteries and we live it one day at a time. Years can go by and still, it's going to be one day at a time. Also, this acai bowl is probably one of the best I've ever had. So creamy and perfectly blended with the bananas, passion fruit, mint, coconut shavings, granola....mmmm so yummy! This is actually a moon rise. My first time seeing a moon rise like this. It was so beautiful... So cool... And totally unexpected. Just out of happenstance I got to enjoy this experience. It was... It was... Out of this world. The nature surroundings and the soft crashing tides of the ocean, the gentle wind, and with the state of mind I was in, felt so serene, calm, and Zen. Everything as it is intended. It's crazy how in life everything moves so fast. One day you're there and another you're here. It's a good thing for pictures.
