My ghostly reflexion
Hi all this blog will change from a fitspo or fitblr blog to a normal one. Please feel free to unfollow me if you are not interested in my posts
Weigh in after 1 week
This morning I weighed myself after one week of healthy eating and exercise.
I have lost 3.2 kg - about 7 pounds!
Ok, so I know this rapid weight loss is not healthy, but I have seen in the past the first week you usually lose quite a lot and there after it gets less every week.
And I did not even starve myself. I just ate healthy foods and healthy carbs and about 3 litres water a day.
For exercise Im currently training for a 21 km at the end of March and Im currently running/walking.
Total distance this week trained - 11.5km (7.1 miles) in approximately 1hr30min.
With this I also did some wight training in the gym. I must say I feel much better than a week ago and have much more energy and I dont feel so bloated as before.
Now to keep it up! I will need all the motivation I can get.
