phil has been out to his family and friends for a really long time but he really waited for dan to feel comfortable to come out on his own terms so he could come out to the world too. because he couldn’t come out on his own without implying dan. so phil really let dan take all the time in the world to feel comfortable with himself - and also allowed dan to reveal things about phil’s sexuality before he had the chance to do it himself - and only after that he could let us know like “btw i’m gay”. all this time he’s been out to the people in his life but when it came to the rest of the world, he waited for dan

The thing is, when you think you’ve arrived at the point that you’ve been striving to get to, you fucking have to bring yourself with you. Much to my disappointment, I still am myself. I still view the world with the same eyes that I did when I did the first album.

People are getting kidnapped, arrested, raped and killed. This has been going on for a few days now but naturally there’s hardly any media coverage.

THE WORLD CARES MORE ABOUT AN EMPTY CHURCH IN FRANCE THAN HUNDREDS OF INNOCENT BLACK MUSLIMS DYING IN SUDAN.

There are a few ways to help:

 - Emergency Medical Aid Donation

- Facebook campaign raising funds for food and other necessities

- International Rescue Committee

- Save The Children

All those wonderful drawings. Black background, edged around with the line of colours to match the ones on Dan’s face at that point, but always in mostly black and white. And then the final image. A light background, a vibrant flag wrapped around Dan like a security blanket, so visible instead of just the little colourful edge around him, colour in his face and a smile on his lips. Hector did wonderfully with this.
