can i say that i think vinestaff is insecure as hell? can i say she looks at her sibling, who was accepted and loved, and wonders why she wasnt born like him? can i say that she feels like a burden for simply existing?

"im not as weak as i look" really does it for me. how many times has she been told she is less than. how many people HAVE told her she is weak despite her above average physical condition. how many times has she sobbed to her plants as her only source of companionship. how many times has she had to find a way to heal herself, physically and/or mentally, from the wounds of others.

also, while most other phighters have taunts or smartass one liners when getting kills, most of vinestaffs are just... apologizes. which strikes me as strange, considering she should have the same aggressive instincts of every other inphernal.

i really hope this makes sense i would love to dissect her as a character

I'm afraid I don't really have anything that you wouldn't know already, but I'll see what I can say whenever you plant your m2 don't stop at that, deal damage!! let em grow! and get more seeds ofc (per 10 m1 hits i think) also your sprouts give you haste, so being near them is pretty nice
