Little Miss Sunshine a.k.a Kayla Rogers-Sigetich comes from the city of the white squirrels, Marionville, Missouri. Sheâs a member of the Alpha Alpha class. Besides being fabulous, she is a Senior with a major in Marketing and a minor in Computer Information Systems. After graduation, she will be moving to KC, working at Best Buy until she figures out what life has in store for her. Ms. Rogers-Sigetich will be adopting a pretty wittle kitty (that will be named Rio after Duran Duranâs 1982 hit) to help pass the time.
Now, letâs get to business!
1.  What is your best trait?
I try hard to be true to myself and my friends. I aim to be honest, caring, and hardworking. However, I am an excellent beer drinker and procrastinator.Â
2. What is your spirit animal?
Some days I say Ke$ha. She loves glitter and waking up in strange places after a night out.
3.  How would you describe your style?
âI woke up and Iâm here. Youâre welcome.â
4. If you could go back and tell your younger self one thing what would it be?Â
Iâd tell myself that things are not as bad as they seem and that there are bigger problems to face. I would tell 2013, Kayla that it gets better and that she had a hell of a group of friends to get through it with.
5.  If you could have any super power what would it be?
Iâd like to have the power to keep my hair straight despite any weather condition. Also, procrastinating without consequences would be rad.Â
6. Whatâs your favorite quote? Â
âI mean it this time, Iâm not eating McDonaldâs anymore.â âAlex RichardsonÂ
7.  What is your greatest accomplishment?Â
Chuck Ambrose asked me to speak at the State of the University Address in 2014. Â
8. Whatâs your all time favorite song?Â
âI Wanna Get Betterâ by Bleachers. Itâs clichĂ© to say music changes your life, but I can say with certainty, I would still be in the slump I was in before I found the song.
9. Whatâs your biggest fear?
I donât want to be stuck living a life I hate. I want to always better myself and surround myself with good people.Â
10. Where do you see yourself in 15 years?Â
Wait, youâre telling me that eventually I have to be 37?!?! Hopefully, Iâll live in a rad loft with a cat and a ton of craft beer.Â
11. Funniest dating experience?Â
Hahaha, people would have to date me in order to have dating experiences.Â
12. Your life summed up in one song?Â
âCome Back Downâ âGreg Laswell. Go listen to it now. Youâre welcome.
13. Â What is your earliest memory?
I distinctly remember falling off my bike and having to go the hospital. I was terrified to ride a bike again. (Hmmm.. seems like a life lesson there)
14.  Who do you look up to?
My dad. Heâs my best friend. Heâs been through a lot in his life and itâs inspiring to see how heâs made himself a better person. I want to grow up with that mindset
15.  Whatâs the hardest you ever laughed?
Summer 2015, a bunch of us were at Fast Eddieâs in Illinois for Michelleâs birthday and my car ran out of gas. We walked to the nearby gas station and for the life of us couldnât figure out how to use it. The picture doesnât do it justice, but we died laughing
