Appearance & Personality
Uzi is an ageless half-breed, who is partially a phoenivillian demon and an angel. Because of this, she has horns, a halo wrapped around them, a tail of feathers & fire, and golden wings that are partially gold. She's around 7ft tall, with golden-black eyes and white skin. She usually has her hair up in a long ponytail, and her most casual outfit consists of slightly baggy brown jeans, a black top with sleeves off-shoulder, and orange sneakers. She also wears some jewelry, such as a gold bracelet and earrings.
She also has another form, which is her fully "demonic" form; her wings are purely orange, and her tail is like a demon's, except with a fiery tip. Her halo is gone, with only horns present now, and has red skin. Her outfit is fit for an assassin, with a gray, zip-up jacket, and tan, baggy pants. She usually wields a scythe in this form.
Personality-wise, she is nothing short of adventurous. She's asexual and grayromantic, and yet is outgoing and will not hesitate to compliment anyone. She sometimes might be seen flirting, but only playfully/teasingly, and to see their reaction. Despite her obvious toying with people, she does care about them, and especially her friends. Although, she feels no sympathy for corrupted individuals, namely those who abuse their places of power. She's creative, playing the mandolin in her free time, whenever she can in between tending to Phoeniville, her assassin side-job, and watching over Star whenever she needs help.
Powers & Relationships
Her powers are multiple, as she is the Ruler of Phoeniville. Some might say she is overpowered, however she puts them to good use.
Teleportation & opening portals: These are two easy ways to get around, and also slip away from sticky situations. She would prefer to take most battles head-on, despite this.
Healing & revival: With her mother's old spellbook and the Mist, she learned how to do these two things. They come in handy if she comes across someone who is heavily wounded, especially a friend or child. She will only revise someone if the situation is drastic, and often just lets fate run its course. It takes her a lot of energy, after all.
Subtle mind-reading & sudden knowledge: Due to having ties with the Magnus Institute of London, she sometimes can hear people's thoughts and have knowledge she wasn't aware of. This, presumably, is thanks to her job as the Researcher there, often taking over statements when Jon is away.
She tries to be friendly with most people, unless they often get on her nerves. Because of this, she has practically befriended almost everyone she has interacted with, including: the archival crew, Elias (wow.), most of the staff of the Hazbin Hotel, and Striker.
Some say Star and Uzi are practically like sisters, which might as well be true. She also has two 'siblings' so far, including Rosa the imp and Caine the blue humanoid axolotl. She took them in when wandering around. Currently, Rosa resides in the Hazbin Hotel, whereas Caine is free to roam the ocean. He might visit the fiery universe of Phoeniville, though, despite how unwelcoming it might seem to a sea creature.
Her current duties are:
being the Ruler of Phoeniville: watching over the land, dealing with emergencies, and caring for her people. Kind of like being the mayor, or a very caring queen.
volunteering at the Hazbin Hotel: checking people in, showing them to their rooms, caring for the children that might end up there. This is a job she only takes on only when she is there, in the Hellaverse.
getting rid of distasteful individuals: basically an assassin job. She does this alongside Striker for pay, though some might say she enjoys it. She does not, and will not, take a job targeting hellborns.
being the Researcher of the Magnus Institute: see above for details.

I'm okay with (and encourage) people roleplaying with me, but I would like you to ask if you are to inflict violence on any of my characters. Heavy gore scenes are a no-go for me.
Angst isss okay on most days, unless I'm not in the mood for it.
Absolutely no flirting, even if...I don't see anyone doing that anyway. Teasing is fine, though. Keep in mind that I'm aroace, and so are Uzi (my OC) & Star (my persona).
Be respectful with me, as I am sensitive at times.
Please no religious extremists or toxic atheists; I myself am a hellenic polytheist, and that might (but won't, usually) bleed into my roleplays. I might also mention different gods here and there, might not. Just a heads up.
You may only DM me if you are a mutual, or if you'd like to talk about a roleplay you were thinking of doing. If you are not of these categories, I would prefer asks.
Lore & Disclaimers
Mod note: My OCs' backstories are not, by any means, fully fleshed out. Yes, I have plenty of ideas and scenarios, but the stories are subject to change. A few things, like timelines, are solidified.
The main story so far is that, when a human creates, a universe for that media is created. This is done within the All, with the help of the Muses. Basically, in the Auctorverse (universe of creation), said universes exist in the form of media (podcasts, books, series, movies...), but within their own universe the stories play out as written. The characters are existent and, yes! There could also be multiple versions of characters, if they are repeating among several medias. Take, for example, the Greek Gods. AUs also exist, but in the umbrella of the universe it's based in.

Phoeniville (her homeland) -> The Auctorverse (to watch over Star, also where she found out Apollo himself was keeping an eye on her) -> The TMAverse (along with Star; The Magnus Institute, The Lonely, The Distortion's Corridors, etc.) -> Dimension 46'/ (specifically to visit Gravity Falls. Why? Star showed it to her. SHE COULDN'T RESIST.) -> The TMCverse (Mandela County Police Department, Bythorne Paranormal Society, and the place of that one mission of Thatcher Davis & Ruth Weaver, to save her) -> Carcosa (she had a bit of a situation with Star).
Important to Note
I try to alter the stories of my favorite medias, to get the result I want; the storyline might change, to accommodate for events and deaths being prevented. I literally have an ongoing roleplay here-and-there with @actuallyvee on Google Docs, and that's...how I started this! I decided to broaden my horizons here on Tumblr, pulling at the threads of fate in every corner of all universes.
As you can see, Uzi might have visited universes that Star has not, or vice versa. This is due to the fact that, of course, Uzi often simply takes Star to a universe, and doesn't linger in it. Sometimes she stays to watch over her and make sure she doesn't do anything stupid, though I wouldn't count that as entirely visiting a universe.
