The plot has officially shifted to April 2020!

Need some inspiration? Something for your character to do? Look no further! Below is a list of events/goings on happening in April. You can start threads completely based on the below or just incorporate them into your muses’ conversations. As always, contact the main if you have any questions or suggestions for events. Here’s what’s going on:

-The Harpies and Wasps are neck and neck for league champions-their first show down of the season will occur the second weekend of the month.

-Zonko’s April Fool’s Day Sale is in full effect-they are not responsible for lost or damaged personal relationships.

-Maya Zabini-Avery and Cassiel Avery will be hosting an event at the Basilisk night club in celebration of their five year anniversary-more information to follow, the public is welcome (and encouraged) to attend.

-In celebration of Easter, there will be an inter-magical Easter Egg hunt in Hyde park. Hopefully the exploding egg bug has been worked out, but both ministries ask participants to come prepared with goggles and gloves.

-It’s Dragon Pox season-free booster immunizations will be available at any extension of St Mungos. All wizards are strongly encouraged to get one.

-Anyone with information regarding the recent string of muggle cars stolen and subsequently converted into flying vehicles is encouraged to come forward. Tips can be submitted anonymously by calling 0808-WIZ-CRIMESTOP, going to stopwizardingcrime.org or contacting the Aurory directly at any time.

-Even more rumors are swirling about the ministry and Extra Ordinaries-supposedly the Daily Prophet has an exclusive interview with someone high up, but no one has seen anything confirmed for certain.

TASK #2: V.E. Schawb’s Advice

V.E Schawb is a notable American fantasy author, known for her very memorable and impactful characters. During a Q&A on Twitter, a fan asked V.E. how she creates these characters, and she said she follows this method:

1. What they fear

2. What they want

3. What they’re willing to do to get it.

Please come up with the answers for these three prompts each of your characters. Please take some time and really consider each prompt and how it applies to your characters’ personalities and fundamental being. If you have applied with a character recently and already filled out this information, contact the main and we can send you your answers if you don’t have them on hand. 

Please message the main or chat with your admins in the discord if you have any questions or need help.

A reminder-while plot drops are optional prompts, tasks are REQUIRED as a part of the overarching plot development of the RP. There will be about two weeks between each task-plenty of time for everyone to complete each one.
