Rose knocks on the door of the hut lightly. “Anyone here?”
[she glances up from the picture she was drawing in the dirt, something that looked eerily similar to the map of the maze] If this is about something that involves doing work, nobody's home.

Well, no ofcourse not. Okay, well it’s kinda my job, you know. Just let me know…
If the leg falls off, I'll stop by. Otherwise, I'll suck it up.
[he lies down beside her just for the heck of it.] Who?
[she scoots over a bit, making room for him] Oh, I don't know. The whiny ones' names all blend together after awhile.
Oh, well okay, if it keeps coming back, you should come to me or one of the other medjacks. Maybe we can do something about it so it won’t come back that often anymore.
Are you going to get me a new leg?
Oh, do I need to take a look at it? Do you still feel any pain?
Relax, Red. It's a cramp. Sorta thing happens when you run for hours day in and day out.

“Ninety-eight percent of the time? Now you’re just being dramatic.”
I think I was being pretty generous with my percentages.
”Ah well it’s okay. I wasn’t looking where I was going either.” Liz smiled. ”Soo, anything interesseting happened back in the maze?”
I got a cramp in my leg. That's about as interesting as it gets most days.
"Honey, I was kiddin’."
And here we are with the "honeys".
You’re in the wrong hut, Phoenix.
This one is quieter. Some shank in my hut keeps crying.
"Yeah. It’s um, kinda like, you’re with everyone, but, like, not."
How poetic. Very outsider-looking-in of you.
I don't wanna get up. Leave me alone.
"Well, you dreamt about being a runner. Look at you now."
Would've happened sooner if someone wasn't such a slinthead.
”Yeah, i’m sorry, I really wasn’t looking where i was going.” Liz said, helping phoenix with picking up the suplies.
No worries, really. [she picked up the last of the supplies and straightened up] If anything, I ran into you.
"If you say so and all." He scoots over to his usual position in the tower.
You've cornered a nice little market here. It's a pretty little view.
"Exactly. How dare I hit on you, right?"
Exactly.
A show dog, you ain’t but if you wanna get this done quickly, you will sit still and keep quiet. A minute of being obedient won’t do harm, yeah?
It could cause permanent psychological damage. I don't know. I haven't done the research.
▐ ▎———- Raleigh pauses, releasing Phoenix only once he’s certain that she’s not going to stomp off.
”——-Handsome. I think it’s tall, dark and handsome.”
Maybe it would be if you didn't have a big frown on your face ninety-eight percent of the time.
