WARNING FROM SPACE (SPACEMEN APPEAR IN TOKYO) 1956

This was Daiei's big color science fiction epic (and Japan's first color science fiction film) featuring the starfish-like alien Pairan who warn Earth of the imminent collision of a rogue planet.

I can't help but wonder if the Pairan didn't serve as inspiration for Star the Conqueror, the villain the Justice League of America battled in their first appearance in The Brave and the Bold (vol. 1) #28 (March, 1960).
