#runography One more from last weekend's @yetitrailrunners Ultra Trail Beer Mile. Had to be the most fun I've had running in a very long time. 5 hilly trail miles with a craft beer at the start, turn-around and finish along with some of the best people in the world.

#runography Start of the @yetitrailrunners Ultra Trail Beer Mile this morning. This ain't your typical beer mile... Instead of four watery beers and one mile, this race is three delicious @bellsbrewery craft beers and 5 technical trail miles, and it was a total blast!! (at Oz Pizza)

#runography If you've run trails with me, you know I love my @steripen_uvpurifiers for zapping creek water to drink. Well, recently a couple of dogs got ahold of my running pack and chewed up the Steripen case and bulb cover. I wrote to Steripen and asked if I could buy replacements. Not only did they send me free replacements, they also included a new Steripen Classic 3! Unbelievable customer service from a fantastic company!!!
