History
Adam was performing with his band in a paradise-like place when Chloe caught his eye from the stage. After the show, he saw her leaving, chatted with her, and then asked for her phone number, but in his funny way and with his "false ego." After a few weeks of spending a good part of their time together, the two started teasing each other, and it escalated until, after a while, they did you know what. After that day, they decided to start a relationship. It worked out perfectly because they were inseparable;
Chloe was one of the women Adam truly enjoyed being around because everything about her attracted him in a way he didn't even know how. But they discovered that Chloe had an "addiction" to stars, not too unhealthy, but she also had a less-than-clean record, and Chloe was thrown into hell forever. Adam already knew some things, but even so, he claimed Chloe was innocent, which didn't amount to much.
Adam doesn't know if it's still right to like or miss Chloe now that she's one of the sinners, for something she simply didn't do. Now every time he goes on an extermination mission, he wonders where Chloe could be, or tells no angel to kill her.
But sometimes when an extermination mission is underway, he finds her and spends more time with her than with his exterminators, out of pure longing. He doesn't even care if the extermination is still happening. And he always makes a point of hitting any sinner with his lightning bolt if they're caught together.
And of course, for Chloe to return to paradise, she stays at the hotel. But that's after she spent a good amount of time in hell, and it didn't work out so well because it was much harder to live in an apartment in hell. At least Chloe gets to be with her sister again, and they become inseparable.
