#worldbuilding has quickly become one of my favourite pastimes that coincidentally also counts as work as I’m building Pickleania from scratch. There just isn’t any sort of reference or guide to accomplish worldbuilding outside of the writing world though.. maybe once I’m done in ten years I’ll just have to make one myself with Pickleania as an example for other artists and designers wanting to know all the ins and outs (and there are so, SO many). You also kind of have to dabble in biology, geography, physics, law, science and a boar load of other specialties to make sure your world makes some sort of sense — but that’s what makes it SO MUCH FUN! I’ve never felt more creative then when I’m working on any element to Pickleania. Although it exists atm purely as a creative foundation for my graphic design and art business, I hope to expand her into SO SO much more.
