ok listen . like i said — stef's self - preservational instinct is through the goddamn roof so imagine this cliché ' please i'll do anything ' situation when seb's like .3 seconds away from putting the asshole 6ft under . and seb actually having the heart to not kill him because that's ?? just an easy way out stef deserves to live through the suffering of having his powers stripped and everybody hating him so seb takes stef with him . obviously — at first — everybody's like ' ???? why the fuck would you bring him with you ?? ' and stef's all there like i'm a changed man trust me , which is obviously a lie because people don't just change in the matter of a few hours but he gets the chance and so he has to / volunteers to clean up the mess he left behind properly and he gets the chance to at least t r y to be a better person ( he fails sometimes because that's just not who he is ) but he's trying at the very least . of course he probably still needs an outlet for his artistic drive but he had to promise not to do it like he used to so he just resorts to roadkill or very abstract paintings or smth . basically just a ' you get the chance , but one wrong move and i'm gonna blow ur brains out ' type of deal .
