There aren’t many words I could use to describe the complete and utter happiness that came over me at rep tour Nashville. I flew home to Tennessee from Denver to see my favorite girl @taylorswift for my 25th birthday with my best friends. It was amazing!
I’ve been a diehard fan since 2006 so seeing Taylor right in front of me was mind blowing. We made our way to barricade early on in the show and had the time of our lives dancing, jumping and screaming every lyric. When Taylor was walking to the second b stage I had my arm reached out to touch Taylor’s hand but couldn’t quite reach, (there was also so much pushing; I’m not sure how I made it out of there alive) but this sweet girl standing next to me grabbed my arm, helped me stretch a little bit more and Taylor grabbed my hand. I WAS SHOOK. Best birthday present ever haha. Well, meeting Taylor might beat that, but this will do for now! 😜
A couple times during the show Taylor talked about how important Nashville is to her. Everyone screamed each time she mentioned it but it made us emotional too. She lived in my friends’ and my hometown of Hendersonville, and it still is crazy to me that someone who lived in my hometown is the biggest pop star in the world.🤯 Anyways she sang Better Man and it was so beautiful and she also sang Tim McGraw! Tim and Faith came out to join her and everyone freaked! I’ve never jumped so much in my life! The nostalgia was so real.
A few times during the concert I closed my eyes and thought about nothing but how happy I was to be there in that moment.. nothing can compare to the serenity that brought me. In a stadium of 56,000 people, I felt at peace.
Rep tour Nashville was the best night of my life. Thank you @taylorswift. I’m so proud of everything you’ve accomplished. I will never leave you. I love you❤️
