Finished the inner border and added most of the top-outer squares today. I ran into a problem with not having the right amount of my scrap fabrics to do the right size of squares, so I had to get creative and make more and smaller ones.

I've really been trying to get into quilting, and finally got roped into a project for a baby quilt/throw blanket. It's animal crossing themed obviously- starring Stitches the bear.

This is my progress so far.

I took a 'break' from sewing to work on my present for my neice. An Anna dress... It may actually be the death of me.

Just spending more money

I went ahead and bought a little over 11 yards of muslin for the Black Tea mock-up.

So I agreed to help my sister with a Cosplay she wants to do for a character from an app called Food Fantasy. The character she wants to be is Black Tea, so my plan is to kind of fuse and alter two of my sewing patterns. I told her she's on her own for any accessories and the hat though.

I helped my mom make like a ton of reversible bowl holders for a talent show and silent auction she was helping with. These two were the ones I disliked the least. My mom and I have very different tastes when it comes to patterns and color schemes.

So I finished all of the toad brigade, a my Little pony cutie mark crusaders thing happened, little witches academia happened, AND a cute super Mario group was a thing.

Now that I think about it, the mlp one may have been before my missing times... Oh well.

I'm now realizing that I have really neglected updating this blog. In my defense alot has been going on. I moved multiple times, I got a full-time job, and I've mostly been helping other people with their projects rather than working on my own.

I'll see if I can find some stuff to post for what I've been doing during my missing time.
