I was telling Pippin about my sk8 mermaid au and so we started brainstorming what kind of fish each character would be based off of tail wise

First we have Reki Kyan as a Dwarf Flame Angel. Pippin says that their personalities are very similar.

Next is Langa Hasegawa as a Blue Ribbon Eel. I just think they're both very pretty. A second runner up was a Blue Gudgeon Dartfish for their speed.

Then we have Kojiro Nanjo as a Mombasa Lionfish. I like this for him specifically because this whole time, I saw him with a dark striped tail.

Kaoru Sakurayashiki was incredibly hard to decide on but eventually we settled on a Squareback Anthias for him due to the color, the flare to the fins, and the beautiful accents to it. This fish screams beauty in pink the same way he does.
