Office jobs do wonders for your belly. Have a nice fatty lunch and then sit for 4 hours. By the time you leave at the end of the day, there’s a good chance some of that lunch is now part of your growing belly. When you go on holidays be sure to travel all inclusive so you continue your momentum.

New pants. How do they fit?

Two months ago these pants were hanging off me. There is something to be said for taking insulin. Pay close attention and stay on top of it to be sure you’re being safe of course but strap in for the gains.
