potential sdr2x2 idea

I'm wondering why the FF boat is there... we can assume that the deviation from the OG storyline has to do with the boat. Maybe Nagito+Hajime reenter the NWP because they have to recover some info/study it/komaeda left his shoe/hajime is world destroying #forfun... maybe they get stuck back in the game and MAYBE they remember what happened and mAYBE THEY TRY AND STOP THE MURDERS AND MAYBE THEY JUST GET OTHER PEOPLE KILLED!

we will continually replay the first murder and fail like 5 times before we find out something that makes the Neo world program reset

I really just think that there's gonna be a reset and that's what drops us off at the canon beginning of sdr2

it's been heavily implied that the discovery of the boat will lead to the new storyline. I wonder how that will work out with the plot.

I imagine we'll make it to another island in secret with Nagito, which will either cause us to learn too much about the outside world early on or change the first murder

A new mystery? Maybe we end up chasing the origins of Junko this time, or get more about Kamukura.

Maybe Hajime gets a little more Kamakura-y as the game progresses?

I have no idea what this plot is and it's freaking me out

Had a prophetic vision

-Komaeda undergoes much more positive development in the alt timeline

-This leaves us with at least 3 versions of him with significantly distinct development

-People start shipping them together onceler-style

-More minor timeline Komaedas become fleshed out, form their own fanons and are folded into this, expanding Komaedacest until it forms a self-sustaining subfandom

What the hell to do with Nagito

Okay so what the fuck are they gonna do with Nagito for 2x2? I've seen a lot of people talk about how he's dying chapter one but I just don't see that happening. Here's why:

Too many people like him

He's too thematically important to SDR2's message (talent/lack thereof) and a narrative foil to Hajime

the game would be boring as hell without him

So what are we gonna do to keep him in while giving him a fresh new role? Here are some of my guesses:

They kill him chapter 1 and reveal his plan. I don't see this happening bc they're apparently trying for an entirely new set of mysteries-- I doubt we'll even get the party.

They go the same route as SDR2

They make him irrelevant and kill him in like chapter 3

I feel like he'll probably try and get himself murdered every chapter (and get more people in on it vs. the og game) and his luck keeps fucking with him.

SOOOO curious to see how similar the overall plot of the game is.
