FFXIV Shiva arrived today! She’s extremely beautiful, but unfortunately she arrived broken! Her shield arm is snapped clear off the joint. I tried to assemble it anyways but unfortunately just falls right out. -sigh- Time to contact support and see if I will need to glue a brand new figure.
