PIKE028 | Chivàla “Boato” LP
After two EPs and several split records, this is the first full length album of our emotional post-hardcore heroes Chivàla. The record comes on clear vinyl with black splatter or sold red vinyl and is a co-release of some highly recommended DIY labels from all over the world.

PIKE027 | Villages "EXCESSIVE DEMAND" LP
Villages is a three-piece postpunk band from Dresden, GER. Led by 80's synth, their music shows off a broad range between experimental noise and catchy pop sounds. They put out a demo tape in 2016 followed by the debut LP „ILL AGES“ on PIKE Records one year later. After touring Germany and Europe until 2019, they startet working on new material which is now finally ready for another release.

PIKE026 | Soma “If You See Me… (Let Me Be)” 12″
Soma is a screamo band from the UK with members from Crows-An-Wra, Ravachol, We Came Out Like Tigers, Crocus, Goodtime Boys and No Omega (amongst many others!). Starting as a demo project during the first Covid lockdown in 2020, Soma quickly formed into a full band soon after, with songs written and recorded remotely in Cornwall, Norwich and Berlin.

Blackened Hardcore made by four humans who, in part, have been making music together for over a decade, and spent the past years building up their sound. What has come out of this after long periods of back and forth between writing and breaks bears a certain directness and immediacy which can and wants to be a reflection of modern inadequacies. Fittingly, this is purveyed in the galloping tempo of modern end times and self-destructing consumer capitalism. Some may know their faces from other bands such as Elmar, ISWH or Aslov Kinski.

PIKE020 | Organa S/T LP
It’s really amazing how friendship still helps to start cool things: we’re super happy that Organa’s debut LP will be out on vinyl by the end of November. Hey Kids,
some years ago, three of my dearest friends started a new band called VILLAGES. They played some shows, spent weeks with recording & mixing and finally here it is: their debut LP „ILL AGES“. I’m so happy to share with you, that this record will be out next month: April 14th.

Tempano / Eros+Massacre Split LP
Two amazing bands on one record wrapped in a wonderful artwork. Tempano and Eros+Massacre created an intense piece of music between Dark Screamo and Emoviolence. PIKE012 | Eric Ayotte "Transparency" LP
After a view weeks of silence I have some pretty awesome news for you: PIKE will be a part of the new Eric Ayotte release called “Transparency“. Whoop! While listening to this songs you might notice that the music is a little bit different than former releases - in two ways. Compared to Erics last records there are more voices and instruments to hear and if you have a look at my recent releases, “Transparency“ is musically a little less harsh. But how fits all this together? Well - it doesn’t have to, because it’s not only about this awesome piece of music - it’s because of the amazing people behind this band! Everybody who met Eric, Charlie or Ricardo knows what I’m talking about - these folks own the loveliness and that’s way more important than fitting in a special musical genre. I’m very happy about that!
While “Transparency“ is already out on CD, the Vinyl version will be released later this year by Pike & BownTown and Plan-it-X from the states. Testpresses are confirmed so it shouldn’t take much longer (hopefully). Anyway - I’ll keep you posted. In the meantime have a listen to one or two of this beautiful songs on Bandcamp. <3

PIKE010 | Sport “Demo 2011“ 7“
You probably know Sport and you maybe also know their first demo, released a couple of years ago. I love these songs and because a lot of other people feel the same – there’ll be a reissue of it. After tape and cd, this time on 7“ vinyl. It’ll be limited to 500 black copies and out by Mid-July through La Tête d’Ampoule and PIKE. I think there’ll also be a pre-order starting around July 1st, but I’ll keep you up to date on this. And because all of the demos had a different artwork so far – this one will have a fresh look as well. 1000 kisses to Konrad for his hard work – I love you, man.
To complete the sporting news: Because Colors and Bon Voyage are nearly sold out everywhere, they’ll be repressed as well. This time in blue (Colors) and night blue/white splattered (Bon Voyage).
In the meantime – put the demo back into your tape deck, press play or simply have a listen to these great songs on bandcamp.

PIKE009 | Øjne/Улыбайся Ветру Split 7“
Hey friends,
Half a year has passed since the first EP of Øjne has been released. Good old-fashioned screamo from the north of Italy. I still like this record so much <3! Now, a few months later, we are again really happy to announce, that Pike is part of their upcoming split with Улыбайся Ветру (which means smile to the wind) from Russia. The 3-piece from St. Petersburg is doing a great mixture of math rock and screamo with a catchy punk impact. You should definitely check out their first album „Моменты“ as well as the gorgeous split with МАЯК.
Together with Zegema Beach (CAN), Flood (BEL), Pure Heart (CZE), It's a Trap! (USA) and Unlock Yourself (RUS) the 7“ split will be out by the end of May (approximately). Right now, there is no preview of the new songs or artwork but this will follow in the next couple of weeks. The stuff I heard so far is amazing – you’ll like it!
