I am very late, but themagehero for the LoL meme if it's alright?
Send me a url, and Iâll make a mock-up League of Legends champion kit for that character!
Daylen Amell, the Grey WardenMage/Support, mid or bottom lane
Passive: Taint - Daylen is able to see nearby stealthed enemy champions. This does not include invisible units (such as Stealth Wards or Teemo's Noxious Trap) or champions hidden in brush.
Q: Winter's Grasp - Daylen encases his target in ice, rooting them and dealing magic damage. The duration of the root scales with ability level.
W: Stonefist - Daylen hurls a chunk of earth at a target area, stunning any enemy units hit. The stone remains in place for 4 seconds and obstructs movement before disintegrating.
E: Blizzard - Daylen creates a storm at a target area that slows enemy units caught within it, lowering defense and magic resistance.
R: Spell Might - Toggle: Daylen gains a massive boost to ability power, but his mana regeneration is stopped while this ability is active.
psihomerun
Send me a url, and Iâll make a mock-up League of Legends champion kit for that character!
Ninten, Earth's DefenderSupport, bottom lane
Passive: Asthma - Ninten's abilities do not cost mana and are limited only by their cooldowns and Ninten's secondary resource, Fatigue. Every time Ninten moves 200 units or uses an ability, he gains a point of Fatigue. The effectiveness of his abilities is determined by how much Fatigue he has accumulated; higher fatigue results in lowered effectiveness. Fatigue can be reduced by standing still or consuming healing items. At 100 Fatigue, Ninten cannot cast any abilities for five seconds before his Fatigue rapidly drains to zero.
Q: Lifeup - Ninten heals a target allied champion for a percentage of their maximum health. This percentage scales negatively with stacks of Fatigue.
W: PSI Shield - Ninten creates a shield around a target allied champion which absorbs damage that scales with ability level. If Ninten has less than 50 Fatigue, PSI Shield also automatically targets all other nearby allied champions.
E: Defense Up/Down - Ninten raises the armor and magic resist of a target allied champion or lowers the armor and magic resist of a target enemy champion. The amount of armor and magic resist scales negatively with stacks of Fatigue.
R: Dimension Warp - After channeling for 5 seconds, Ninten teleports himself and all allied champions in a short radius around him to a target location on the map. He cannot teleport to anyplace that is within fog of war, but he does not need an allied ward, minion, or turret to teleport to.
whitesuitedalchemist (if you don't mind uwu)
Send me a url, and Iâll make a mock-up League of Legends champion kit for that character!
Solf J. Kimblee, the Crimson Lotus AlchemistMage, mid lane
Passive: Philosopher's Stone - Every time Kimblee kills an enemy champion, he gains stacks of bonus ability power. Half of these stacks are lost upon his death.
Q: Living Bomb - Kimblee's next basic attack marks his target. After 3 seconds, the target will erupt, dealing AOE damage and executing them if they are below a certain percentage health. If the target is slain before Living Bomb erupts, the mark will remain and Living Bomb will still detonate after 3 seconds.
W: Volatile Ground - Kimblee creates a circular zone at the target location. Any enemy champion which steps within the zone causes the area to explode, dealing magic AOE damage and applying a 25% slow.
E: Explosive Arts - Kimblee creates an explosion around a target enemy, dealing damage and applying a slow while reducing vision for 1 second.
R: Circle of Power - Kimblee is given one rank of Circle of Power at level 1 and can increase it at levels 6, 11, and 16. Each rank gives him two charges of Circle of Power; these charges regenerate at a rate of one charge per 7 seconds. Kimblee must activate Circle of Power in order to use any of his other active abilities. None of Kimblee's other abilities have cooldowns and are dictated only by Circle of Power's number of available charges.
I can't resist sending in my url because yes but I'm so sorry
Send me a url, and Iâll make a mock-up League of Legends champion kit for that character!
Cloud Strife, the Deceived SOLDIERFighter, top lane
Passive: Lifestream - Cloud gains bonus heath regeneration for each nearby allied champion; additionally, allied champions gain bonus health regeneration when Cloud is nearby. This regeneration scales with Cloud's level.
Q: Braver - Cloud jumps to target enemy champion, minion, or neutral monster, dealing damage. If the target is airborne, Braver deals bonus attack damage.
W: Climhazzard - Cloud dashes to a target location. If he encounters an enemy champion, he will deal damage and knock them up for 1 second.
E: Finishing Touch - Cloud's next five basic attacks deal additional true damage and magic splash damage. The fifth attack will also knock his target back. Activating this ability will reset Cloud's autoattack timer.
R: Omnislash - Cloud knocks up and suspends his target for 2 seconds, dealing damage for the duration before slamming them back into the ground and stunning them. Any enemy champions, minions, or neutral monsters standing in the location where Cloud lands are stunned for 1 second.
slops over the silvertintedpoison url right har for that lol meme
Send me a url, and Iâll make a mock-up League of Legends champion kit for that character!
Ichimaru Gin, the Snake-Tongued BeastAssassin/Fighter, mid or top lane
Passive: Zanjutsu - Gin and ShinsĆâs powers are linked. Ginâs cooldowns are decreased the higher his current percent health, up to a maximum of 10% CDR.
Q: Hundred-Span Sword - Sealed: Ginâs autoattack range is increased for a short duration.   Shikai: Gin extends his ZanpaktĆ in front of him, dealing damage to all enemies in a linear path and knocking them back slightly.   Bankai: Similar to Shikai; additionally, Gin is able to move while casting.
W: Flash Step - Sealed: Gin disappears and reappears at a nearby target location.   Shikai: Gin is able to cast Flash Step two times within 2 seconds; after 2 seconds, Flash Step will go on cooldown. Additional casts have an increased mana cost.   Bankai: Gin is able to cast Flash Step three times within 3 seconds; after 3 seconds, Flash Step will go on cooldown. Additional casts have an increased mana cost.
E: Korose - Sealed: Ginâs next basic attack will apply damage over time equal to a percentage of his opponentâs missing health.   Shikai: Ginâs next basic attack or cast of Hundred-Span Sword will apply damage over time equal to a percentage of his opponentâs missing health and marking them. After five seconds, marked enemies take additional true damage.   Bankai: Ginâs next basic attack or cast of Hundred-Span Sword will apply damage over time equal to a percentage of his opponentâs missing health and marking them. After five seconds, marked enemies take additional true damage. Both damage over time and true damage dealt have a greater scaling ratio than in Shikai form.
R: Shikai/Bankai - Toggle: Ginâs ShinsĆ evolves and gains new abilities. This ability has three toggles:Â inactive (sealed), active (Shikai), and active (Bankai), and will rotate in that order. Both active forms cost mana per second to maintain on top of mana costs for abilities; the mana per second cost will begin 0.5 seconds after an active form is selected. Bankai is the most costly form to maintain. Gin is allowed to access Shikai at first rank and Bankai at second rank.

Nightmare Knight, the Dark ConquerorTank/Mage, jungle or mid lane
Passive: Terrify - Nightmare Knight's basic attacks will fear his target for 1 second every 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 attacks at levels 1 / 6 / 12 / 18.
Q:Â Meteor Storm - Nightmare Knight calls down a meteor to a target location, dealing AOE damage and applying a damage over time effect to all champions, minions, and neutral monsters within the area. This DoT stacks with other abilities that cause true damage (such as Crest of Cinders).
W: Encapsule - Nightmare Knight encases a target champion, minion, or neutral monster in a dark bubble and pulls them slowly toward him. Encapsule's duration scales with ability level.
E: Nightmare Shroud - Nightmare Knight becomes invisible for 3 seconds and gains bonus movement speed. During this time, he is able to move through units and walls; if he exits Nightmare Shroud while within a wall, he will be automatically executed. Attacking, casting an ability or spell, or using items during this time will end Nightmare Shroud prematurely.
R: Rend Earth - Nightmare Knight rips the ground apart, applying a slow which effects all enemy champions on the map and dealing damage for 4 seconds. The amount of damage and percentage slow scales with ability level.

Emi, the Immortal ChildAssassin, mid lane
Passive: Malice - Basic attacks against enemy champions will deal true damage to Emi which scales with champion level. Emiâs abilities do more damage the greater the difference between her percent current health and maximum health.
Q: Slash - Emi deals damage to target champion, minion, or neutral enemy, additionally marking them for 5 seconds once she has a point in Regeneration.
W: Immunity - Emi removes all healing debuffs, such as Ignite and Grievous Wounds. She will still take full damage from spells and abilities which would regularly apply the debuff.
E: Flail - Emi deals damage to all enemies within autoattack range around her. This ability can be activated while Emi is under the effects of roots, stuns, and forced actions (fears, taunts, etc).
R: Regeneration - Passive: Emi gains lifesteal when autoattacking targets marked with Slash. This lifesteal scales with champion level.  Active: After taking fatal damage, Emi will enter stasis for 5 seconds, regenerating health for the duration. She can take damage during this time, but if she is not slain before the 5 seconds are up, she will exit stasis with any health she has left.

Vegeta, the Fallen PrinceMage/Fighter, mid or top
Passive: Sayian Rage - Every time Vegeta is hit by an enemy spell, he gains five points of Sayian Rage. He is only capable of using his ultimate at 100 points of Sayian Rage.
Q: Bang Beam - Vegeta fires a beam of energy at target champion, minion, or neutral monster. Bang Beam is a single-target ability with a long range.
W: Elite Assault - Vegeta rushes forward, headbutting his opponent and stunning them. The length of the stun is determined by the targetâs percent health; the lower the health, the longer the stun. This stun cannot exceed 1.25 seconds.
E: Galick Gun - On first cast, Vegeta channels his ki. On second cast or after 2 seconds, he fires a powerful blast at target area, dealing AOE damage. Damage is determined by how long the spell is channeled.
R: Super Sayian - Vegeta gains a boost to both his ability power and move speed for a short time. Vegeta loses five points of Sayian Rage for every second he spends in Super Sayian form; he can also gain Sayian Rage while in this form. After exiting Super Sayian form, he cannot gain Sayian Rage for ten seconds.

Who needs a map? [[Event 010/Team Allmid]]
If there was one thing sheâd become familiar with in her stay in this city, it was when their generous hosts were actively changing the environment around them. Though few prizes were offered for such a realisation. Sheâd touched down on the floor before sheâd even had time to hypothesise what might be below.
What a dank place. Lovely. It reminded altogether too much of the ordeal sheâd had to go through down in District Alpha, yet this seemed even worse. Less of an industrial sewer, more natural. Why didnât it surprise her they had something even deeper. The cavern seemed fairly large, and as she adjusted to the temperature, she could make out three different exits.
As well as her companions. The boy wonder, Demaciaâs sweetheart and the light of her eyes. Well, almost there. Already it reminded her too much of the Institute.
Ezreal spoke, but before she answered, writing was becoming apparent to her. Ah, theyâd even rendered it in a manner she could percieve, how thoughtful.
cout « âexperiments:â « âaÎiadneâs thread will lead you from the labyrinth, though not â « âyou aloneâ « endl;
cout « âexperiments: â « âyour lives are âlinkedââ « endl;
cout « âexperiments: â « âfight your way to the âcoreâ and the answers you seek will be revealedâ « endl;
Hm. Not exactly cryptic, though she supposed they wanted a show from at least some of their subjects. Well, a team game then, was it? How lucky for this group in particular.
"Iâm quite fine, dear. Though I get the feeling weâd all be aware if one of us was less than perfect.â She glanced around those assembled. âI think weâve all played one of their games before. Well, almost all of us.â She nodded towards Lux âSo I think itâs safe to assume making our way to the core wonât be just a simple matter of walking there. And I have a hunch we all need to make it there, but I donât quite want to die testing that theory out.
That being said, I think itâs best we disclose exactly what we have gained back from the scientists. Personally Iâve been lucky to receive a fair deal, and only my most taxing or time consuming abilities are unavailable.â
Eurgh, that was entirely too much talking, but best get it out of the way now. She didnât want to spend a minute longer down here than necessary. After a pause, she placed a hand on Rivenâs shoulder as she turned to the exile.
"And are you okay? I was in fact on my way to you as this occurredâÂ
@bladesreflection
Riven was unfazed. The change in scenery was certainly drastic but it was not the biggest change she had experienced. Though to be surrounded by these people in particular, well, that certainly caused her some worry. It was way too similar to those games she had experienced in the League.
Responding with a nod, she placed her hand over Lissandraâs to reassure. Obviously she wouldnât be the most popular member of this little group, her affiliation with Noxus made certain of that, but well, at least she was with the woman she fell in love with, that was one thing she had going right for her.
"Iâm all right." Entwining their fingers as she let their arms drop to her side, Riven finally turned her attention to Ezreal. "And I hardly think it would hurt to let you know."
"Iâve received my sword back from them, but other than that I suppose theyâve let me regain a fraction of my former abilities." Quite a roundabout way of saying theyâre allowing her to hop around for a bit. About thrice daily. Not that sheâd share such a weakness with them.
Still, what worried Riven was their final member. The Lady of Luminosity, or so she was called, looked hardly as bright in this darkened cave. Yet, if Lux looked worried at all, she certainly did not let it show on her face. An admirable feat which Riven would have felt proud of, if she didnât feel so sorry for her.
"And you, Miss Crownguard, how are you faring?"
leuchtender
âIâmâ yeah, Iâm okay.â
For the most part. While no stranger to trouble, Lux was the only of the four who had yet to accustom herself to the scientists and the way they employed their control over the city. It left an awful taste in her mouth.
âIâve only got this.â She grimaced and held out her stick, her shame. âTheyâve taken my wand and my magic, and I donât think theyâre planning on giving either back to me anytime soon.â
âThe most I can do isâ well, Iâd probably be better off showing you all.â
Finally, something she had a little more confidence in. When she talked about magic, her voice regained its usual lilt and enthusiasm. Perhaps it served as a distraction from her troubles.
With a flick of her wrist, she stole from the dim corridors what little light it had to give. She gathered it in her palm to form a ball and, after a moment, let it go. It ebbed a soft glow around them.
âIâm sure youâve seen my Lucent Singularity before, but.. this is different. Itâs a lot weaker than it should be and it probably doesnât do much beyond maybe lighting the way for us. Iâm sorry, but Iâmââ Her eyes fell. Iâm useless, she realized. She almost wanted to cry. Iâm useless and me being here only serves as a liability.
piltoverpowered
Well, that answered that question. He should've guessed it was another of the scientists' tests, Ezreal thought as he glanced down at the red symbol on his hand and almost completely missed the subtext going on between Riven and Lissandra. At the Iceborn's suggestion, though, he looked back up and... wait, what? Was she...? And Riven? Huh. Well, that'd be a question for another time.
At least it sounded like Lissandra and Riven were doing alright for themselves, but for Lux, who was still so new to the city, things were understandably rough. Ezreal couldn't remember the last time he'd seen her so down on herself. It wasn't like her at all. He reached out to take her hand, but he changed his mind at the last minute and it turned into an awkward shrug of half-reassurance.
"It's fine, Lux. Every little bit helps, right?"
And now it was his turn for show and tell. He tapped the amulet embedded into his gauntlet as he spoke.
"I have a couple spells back, but some of them are pretty limited, including Shift. I don't want to use that unless we really need it."
He stepped over to one of the walls and put a hand on it experimentally. It was hard to guess how thick it was, but they couldn't be so thick that Ezreal couldn't blink through it if he needed to. At the moment, though, staying as a group was the best idea.
"Now, to get to the 'core'..."

ice-born, bladesreflection, leuchtender
Ezreal stumbled a little as the ground suddenly reformed underneath him, but he quickly recovered, glancing around at the unknown area in which he--along with Lux, Riven, and Lissandra, he noted--had been deposited. The three of them looked to be alright, but what were they doing here? And where was here?
Ezreal straightened up, trying to get a good look around. 'Trying to' being the key words; it was dark, and the cool, damp air gave Ezreal the feeling that they were underground. How far, he couldn't tell. There were lights, tiny strings of them embedded into the walls, but they only poked out of the stone on short occasions, providing nowhere near enough light to see properly.
Willing his amulet to glow, he raised his gauntlet above his head, getting a better look of where they were. It was a small room, maybe twenty feet across, with three hallways forming a T going in separate directions. The floor was loose dirt, and there were even some strange-looking mushrooms growing in places where the floor met the walls. The walls themselves were stone, fairly smooth but worn and chipped in places. Age alone wouldn't do that; there had to be someone--or something--else in this place. As for the ceiling, well, there wasn't one as far as Ezreal could see, only murky darkness above.
They weren't in any of the districts; Ezreal crossed that off his list of possibilities right away. This didn't look like any place he'd seen in the city before, a realization that was both worrying and exciting for the explorer. Sure, strange things going on meant the scientists were up to no good, but here was someplace new, and it looked like it was going to present a real challenge.
Ezreal turned his attention back to the group. Him, Lux, Riven, and Lissandra... Why them? He didn't mean that in a bad sense, but why had the four of them been dumped in the same area?
"You all alright?"
"Tch, speak for yourself."
"⊠Nobody told me that you would be living here too; this mansion is huge, so why donât you do me a favor and get lost.â
"Heh, right. Actually, I think we could make this work, you know? You can sleep in the garage with the rest of the trash."
"... Yasuo? Really? Of all the people Daylen could've invited to move in..."
