We are rebranded for our new base in Northrend with a fresh campaign coming soon (previously known as the Unbroken Wills). Our RP theme is rescue and relief-aid roleplay with casual RP in our base town! We also do small group content and some light PvP and are looking into forming a laid-back normal raiding group if we get enough active and interested members.

RP Events! We do in-game RP events and Roll20 combat events with our own D&D-like system that’s a lot of fun. Our events are primarily during the weeknights but don’t go too late, either, and try to do at least one event a week. Raid Team! We are currently recruiting for our small raid team, as well. If you’re interested in a small casual Normal-raiding team we will be raiding about once per week (probably Monday or Tuesday nights). Our goal is to have a laidback, fun, and casual raid environment with a small team of about 10-15 people. I couldn’t help myself and wanted to share this!  It’s just a photo from my phone but it’s part of a larger piece I’m working on for my demon hunter, Monax the Undying, that I’ve been slowly putting together.  Done with COPIC markers and I think 6 hours of work just on this part from sketch to lines to inks to coloring.

Guanor Strikes! The Unbroken Wills moved out to investigate the threat of a felbat nest near Draugmar. They discovered the nest quickly, also finding the patriarch of the nest was a surprisingly intelligent felbat called Guanor. They quickly realized the small felbat swarms were the least of their worries when Guanor summoned scourgebats out of the ground below, shielding the large bat with some kind of necrotic magic. A few flying leaps over a fel-tainted lake later, the team managed to take down the scourgebat threat and eventually Guanor himself.  Let’s hope that will keep the Legion threat at bay while they work hard to restore Draugmar to it’s previous glory.

So, I’m really tight on money atm and things have changed with my parents where neither of them are able to house my dog but are unwilling to help me with the deposit to get her into my apartment. My goals to get as close to $400 to cover the pet deposit as I can without putting myself into an even worse bind.

Only opening 4 slots for now since I work slow/work a full time job. I’ll update this post frequently as slots fill up/open/progress being made.

“A Missing Girl”

Disturbing reports brought the Unbroken Wills to the small town of Draugmar, Loch Modan. Apparently, a small draenei girl, named Ereti, went missing the night before, just after a felbat attack. The girl’s father, Bralaar, begged the Wills for their aid. He searched everywhere he could think of, but being a quiet single dad and schoolteacher, he knew he needed help. And off they went! Luckily, with all of them working together, they managed to find the child in record time. They brought the child home and returned her to her father, but with the realization that this town was not in good shape, and still needed their help. Many of the buildings were damaged and there were still felbats coming in reportedly once a week. The Elder Guardian decided that these lowly demons required an investigation, and perhaps a confrontation to take care of them once and for all.

Hammer of Dawn was founded as <SUPLEX CITY> for Legion, made up of transfers from Moon Guard Horde. As of now we’ve grown as a guild, recruiting and even having people transfer to play with us.

We are a safe space guild - we serve as a home and shelter, and a positive place to play video games without the jokes of trade chat or 4chan.

Unbroken Wills is Recruiting!

To my faithful Unbroken Wills; I write to you today to ask for your assistance in yet another mission. There have been some horrifying rumors circulating around Loch Modan. Even after the invasions have been warded off, a Legion presence has been reported but has proven difficult to locate. The people of Draugmar need our help, and we will stand by our duty to aid them. Be prepared to lend a hand and, if necessary, go into battle. We are the only hope these people have left. Sincerely, Your Elder Guardian 

We’re recruiting! Join the Unbroken Wills in a three-part campaign, “The Lie in the Loch”, during the late summer and fall. Half of the events will be within World of Warcraft, while the other half will be in Roll20 as combat events using our very own D&D-inspired roll system developed to work with groups around 10 people. There will also be a side-campaign with the Dusklight Watch, our horde guild, called “Old Gods of the Deep”. We are a friendly casual RP-PvE guild on WrA-A with an RP theme of rescue and relief-aid for citizens in Azeroth. We also have a mercenary-style side guild on horde-side (Dusklight Watch). Most of our members are working adults so events take place in the early evenings during the week. We also do some small group content including mythic+, PvP, meta-achieves, and old raids. "Edrialore. I forbid you to go to him."

She paused, mid-step, back turned to the injured man on the bed. The fierce glare that shone from beneath her brows landed upon one hapless doorguard, leaving no doubt as to how she felt about her father’s order - but the voice that replied was calm and even. It bordered on pleasant. “I am a bit old for you to hand out decrees, wouldn’t you think?" 

"I forbid you to go to him." 

The elf turned on her heel, veiling her frustration behind a tight smile. "Father. He is blood. My sibling." 

"Hunters were dispatched before you entered.” Lord Raincrest’s face was impassive. “I will not repeat myself again." 

"He is your son!”

“My son is gone.” Though the medic attempted to placate him, Lord Raincrest surged from his prone position and sat upright, eyes blazing, chest heaving. “My son went missing years ago. That fel-soaked beast is not. My. Son." 

Unable to hide her disgust any longer, Edri took a single step towards her father’s bed and looked him over, the expression on her face twisting into one of contempt. "Do you hear yourself?! He comes here looking for forgiveness, looking to reclaim the family he left behind, and you– You all but spit in his face at the door!" 

"I must protect this family before all else–”

“So you nearly kill your own–" 

”HE IS NO SON OF MINE.“ He was on his feet before anyone could stop him, a blur of power and motion that had snatched the sword from the bedside and swung before most had time to react. Sparks flew as his blade struck his daughter’s spear, the polearm’s jagged teeth locking his blade in place. The room was silent. No one dared move, dared breathe as the two kaldorei strained against one another in a silent battle of wills. Father and daughter locked eyes, the tension and rage mirrored. It was common knowledge that the Keeper of Birds inherited her ferocity and perseverance from her father, but there had rarely been a conflict such as this to so perfectly illustrate such. 

A minute passed. Edrialore hissed and shoved forward, bearing down on her spear to lower her father’s weapon away from her. With a sharp yank she freed the blade from the spear’s maw and stepped back, lip curling in contempt. "You are mad,” she whispered, moments away from spitting on her injured patriarch. Once again she turned on her heel before she found the opportunity to do such, letting her spearhead drag sparks along the stone behind her. One doorman looked as if he were thinking  of intercepting her, but a withering gaze made him reconsider. 

“Edrialore!" 

Again she paused, pulling a deep breath into her lungs. Calm, she thought. Steady. 

"If you go to him, you forsake any protection your name affords you. My hunters will not spare you.” She began walking again, and was gone before his last words had faded from his chamber. Her reply came echoing from the stairwell, accompanied by a harsh rapport of crowcall: 

“Then you will soon need to hire more hunters.”

The thief had been dead for a few days now.  His body lies at the bottom of a cliff after Vinchenzho couldn’t take the abuse any longer.  But the young black whelp had no one, and the stored food in the cave wouldn’t last much longer.He had to venture out. He remembered watching the thief do magic, and being told he could make himself an illusionary form, as the others of his kind do, but was not successful yet.  The pull of hunger was too great, and he climbed out of the cavern, and around the mountains to find food.His wings could not carry him, the thief saw to that so he wouldn’t fly away.  Took him the good part of a day until he found a small grouping of people, pandarens.  Looking around he saw the children, and hide nearby as he tried to work that magic.  He tried for the night and next day until he finally did it.The whelp as a little pandaren boy, wandered out of hiding.  Approaching the adults as scared as he was of the thief, and silent save for his stomach giving away what he came out of hiding for.  None knew of him, but they wouldn’t reject a child’s need for food, and welcomed him for a meal and to stay as long as he wanted.

Vinchenzho didn’t stay long, he couldn’t.  He learned all he could of their language that first time but never got around to playing with the other children.  Cut off from the rest of the world by the mists, he was young and learning to survive, shy and scared from the wrongdoings of that one thief.

Some screenshots from the system playtest we did tonight! In the name of silly spirit we fought the Spooky Undead Axe Midget and Highlord Arthur Lightblade who wanted to be the only wielder of the Ashbringer! It was fun and I got a lot of good feedback. Thanks officers and guests for appeasing my silly jokes. Real events for all members coming soon!
