it has always bothered me when people imply or downright say that they think clampies/peeouis come /before/ ouioui in the growth stages of peepy, because that's clearly false. you can see in "clampy's theme" that clampy is between the two:

and the name "peeoui" is indicative of this as well, as it is a mixture of "peepy" and "ouioui". you can also see in clampy's plush that it is implying the beginnings of a second segment in the body (see below).

so a proper peepy growth timeline would look more like this, as it is heavily implied that clampy is an adolescent.
